We’ve used this company twice before and had great experiences, so we hired them again for our recent move. Unfortunately, this time was a nightmare. Only one mover showed up at first and started yelling about how we had “way more than expected” — even though everything was discussed in advance. The second person arrived 30 minutes later, and he had no experience. The lead mover complained the whole time, even saying we could just reschedule if we weren’t happy (as if that was possible).
We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially given your previous positive moves with us. However, we need to correct several inaccuracies in your account. Both movers arrived at the job site together.
Worst moving service ever. After finishing loading at my place, they left the moving equipment in my living room and were already in the truck. After I brought it down myself we got to the new address and then they informed me they also left their tools at my old address. I had to go back myself and get them and I was charged for the nearly 45 minute delay it caused.

Terrible experience with Miracle Movers - do not recommend. I used Miracle Movers to help me move from New York to Toronto and there were significant issues at the customs office. Miracle Movers did not have the correct paperwork, went through the wrong point of entry and did not bring the list of goods in the truck.

Re-uploading my review since the previous one is not showing up. $800 for a 3.5 hr review of a 1 bedroom to a location 20 minutes away. Was initially quoted 2 hours. Was on a Sunday outside of rush hour. Day of the move: Movers arrived 10 minutes early at 9:50. Elevator was not ready as move was scheduled for 10. I left the first location at 10:30 to secure the elevator at the second location.

Avoid This Company – Damaged my TV and refusing to accept any responsibility. I deeply regret hiring this company for what should have been a simple move within the same neighborhood. Before the move, their customer service specifically told me not to pack my TV and to let their movers handle it entirely. On moving day, the crew visibly struggled to fit the TV into its original box, jamming it in repeatedly.

I used Miracle Movers based on a recommendation and the reviews here. The communication was very professional and setting up the move. I was quoted 4.5 hours for a 1 bedroom move. Which was fair although when I moved into the place ot took 3.5 hours. But was ok because it was a quote. I was so surprised to see they had arrived early which was nice although the elevator wasn't available yet since I had booked it for a specific time but whatever we could get started.
I've never written a bad review before but my experience with Miracle Movers has left me wanting to warn others. We moved from New York to Toronto in January which cost nearly $7,000, including tips for the movers on both ends. Multiple items were damaged beyond repair, including our media console, TV (screen was shattered), lamp, and office chair.

Very bad service, very disappointed they were not prepared at all. No boxes paper only for wrapping just throwing the paper and you do the job. Talking very rude and disrespectful. You have to ask them to be careful and cover every peace of the wood. And ending up they left many items they don’t want to carry it because it’s fragile. They charge extra hours and they didn’t deliver the rest of moving before getting their money.

This move was so seamless, and full of care. Alex and José were so careful, communicative, friendly, and efficient. This was not an easy move, and happened on the coldest weekend of the year, where they had lots of driving to do, to get my stuff to multiple locations both in and out of the GTA. Everything from the initial communication with Victor in the office to the final payment on the day was easy, helpful, and just above and beyond in every way. And for a really really good price.
