They WERE A NO ShOW and WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE when they were late - then NEVER showed up. The day before they cancelled and said they might move us in the morning. They Never called back so when I called after waiting for hours, they moved it to Sunday morning. It is now Sunday morning -THEY have not shown up or called and the phone is not picking up. THEY GHOSTED!!!!!
We sincerely apologize Lisa, this is absolutely not how we operate. We immediately fired the manager who was responsible for this, as well as changed some of our operational proceedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Absolutely terrible move! Showed up no Dolly!!! Can you imagine a mover with no dolly moving one box at a time! Called the manager and he said the dolly was in their other truck. An hour and a half later he went and bought a dolly and brought it. We moved a one bedroom only no sofa, just a bed, two nightstands, and a dresser 1 mile down the street and it cost me $675 . Absolutely ridiculous!!! The one request I had was that the fabric bed be wrapped so that it didn’t get stained was not done!!
You attempted to blackmail us with a 1 star review unless we gave you a huge discount. We wish we could post images to this response to show the texts you sent. You said there was grease on the headboard, so we offered to send professional cleaners over to clean it.
Horrible moving company!!! Damaged my bedroom set and destroyed my $2500 mattress set. Mattress company called to confirm what caused the damage. ... improper tie down and bending of the bed. Rich at the moving company is refusing to pay for replacement, so now I'm having to file a civil case for reimbursement.
We spoke with the mattress company and they stated it was a warranty issue and nothing to do with the movers. We move 100's of mattresses a year and never have any issues, so it is very peculiar that yours would be any different.
The worst moving experience I have ever had. Their three man moving team showed up a hour late, wearing pajama pants and a T-shirt. They stood around, talked, vaped, and joked around for around 30 min while I was being charged for it. After the truck was loaded (still being charged $210/hr) the moving crew decided to stop for drinks and snacks. Drinks, snacks, fuel should all be taken care of prior to arriving for the move.
We sincerely apologize for the minor damages that occurred during your move, but unfortunately, sometimes things happen when moving that are simply unavoidable. This is why we employ an in-house repairman who is very skilled at what he does.
Move wasn't as quoted...2 trucks, not 1 . 3 movers, not 2. I was quoted 400. Paid 900. Plus, 100 tips....3 weeks I still don't have an itemized bill for my move. I'm very disappointed with the back and forth, and no one is helping!!!

Mitchell Moving helped us move this weekend! Camron and Tate were polite, hardworking, so professional! Not one complaint even working through a downpour. They got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price.

The face of a company, or the first person you come in contact with, is a vital component of a successful business. Alexa is one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to. She is very attentive to any need you may have, very informative of the whole moving process, and is timely in response to your questions. The movers that came to load our plethora of boxes, furniture, and random things acquired over the years were all very professional and kind. Unfortunately for the guys, we had a TON of stuff to move.

I feel fortunate to have found Mitchell Moving for my recent move across state lines. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process, from my first inquiry, to the crew who loaded everything up, to the final box being unloaded at my new place, was incredibly professional, friendly, and just plain nice.
