Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 5 of those are one or two star.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND- We moved the end of July 2022 and paid over $1200 ( for 4 hours) to move our 2-bedroom apartment. We moved from a North Shore Suburb, to 22 miles North. The $235/ hour included nothing: not gas, no materials to pack (like plastic wrap or blankets), not breaking down furniture. They came with no tools or moving supplies, so we had to run out and purchase things, which added on to the time they were there.
we really are sorry that the move was a bit pricey, we are a local moving company out of LAKE COUNTY IL we do not provide a truck at the moment(as stated on our google ad), so there is a pricey UHAUL fee and we do have fees for assembling … More

MJ moving inc did an amazing job helping me move into my new apartment. They were quick in messaging back and they have fair pricing too!!! I was so stressed when it came to moving day, they really put my mind at ease. And they move quick too!! I highly recommend them!!! 💯💯💯 …
Great movers! Showed up on time and made quick work of a full 20ft truck. Mark and Steve were super helpful, they came out on a Sunday on short notice. Much appreciated, guys.
Thank you so much for choosing us, it was a pleasure!!!!
Best moving company around they are very respectful I recommend them to everyone
I recommended them to my mother who has 70 years of stuff! It took them 2 days to move her from one house to the other. They didn’t quote 2 days initially. Only 6 hours. She wasn’t ready. So it was rough. But they were so kind. And willing to help. They informed her of extra costs and she happily agreed and they did wonderfully! I will recommend them forever!
