#freepaulsstuff My dear friend Paul Loren would be your biggest supporter if your company wasn’t holding his worldly possessions hostage. His grandmother’s mid-century chair!?!? Give this man his things!!!! Terrible service and literally have not given my friends things back to him in a MONTH!!! Never use this company.

They damaged many of the items I cared about. Items poorly packed. I would not entrust them with anything other than low value items. Compensation offered was a joke. I will never use again.

Awful, awful moving and customer service experience… and we are a family who used various moving companies many times before as we moved around the world. Here they had to move us from 1 street to the adjacent one from 2 ground floor flats BUT the movers were sloppy and managed to break so many of our belongings which had been handled perfectly fine until then. Place, the furniture was put back together badly, making it obsolete next time we need to put it apart.

Never use them they broke and scratched my furnished lost a bunch of stuff broke my glass wear scratched my floor. Do not trust.

Excellent! If you are looking for a great mover - hire this company! They are awesome. Communications were outstanding! Great pricing and the 3 men who did the moving for us were so professional and pleasant!
Absolute lifesavers. Our original movers canceled the night before a move that had to happen the next morning—boxes everywhere, lease ending, full panic mode. I called this company last minute expecting a “sorry, no chance”… instead they showed up fast, calm, and ridiculously professional. They handled everything like it was no big deal, moved us smoothly, carefully. What could’ve been a total disaster turned into the easiest move I’ve ever had. Forever grateful—cannot recommend them enough 🙌
