Booked for a 3 mile move via Hire-A-Helper. The website kept changing the drop- off date to a Wednesday when the pick-up date was a Tuesday. Finally got the date on Hire-A-Helper website to switch to pick- up and drop -off on same day. Booked for 10-12 pm- the 2 hour minimum since it was a Simple move of 2 beds, DR table, some wardrobe boxes, a small dresser, 2 couches and an occasional table.

Fantastic company to work with! I originally had them come to move some larger items into a storage pod. They showed up on time and while here they were efficient and fast, making sure to take care of & properly protect our items. Each laborer communicated great and often to make sure I got what I needed accomplished. They were so great to work with, I called them 2 days later to finish with the smaller boxes we had to move when I realized we couldn’t finish it ourselves.

The guys were swift , kind and just amazing - wrapping items, storing things perfectly. Victor and Michal are a great part of your moving team They did a fantastic job. Hi, I recently used this company (July/2021) to move from a one bedroom into a two bedroom. Dominick and the crew were awesome! They showed up on time, they were ready and careful. I ended up having a lot more to move than they thought, and it took longer than expected but they made accommodations and got it all done. Dominick was very compassionate and patient. He directed the team and made sure everything was handled with care.

I had a great experience with Dominick and his team! I was moving my son from Illinois to Ohio, and initially planned on hiring "labor only" on either end of the move, with myself driving a largish truck to save money. When I called to book Monolith as "the labor" in the Chicago area, the woman who took my call could tell I was concerned about driving a rental moving truck. She suggested I speak with Dominick.
