**In response to your unprofessional reply to original review: A) I didn’t request the day of loading up to be in the evening. You showed up 4 hours late. B) You knew prior to unloading the window was not specific as to which you replied “ We do this all the time, it’s how closings go” C) Every point you tried to counter in your response to my original review directly opposes what I was told at time of booking and unloading.
Im sorry if your not satisfied with our move. We here at Monster Grip Moving Co we went above and beyond for you. The first day of moving we sacrifice the time we had with our families to help you load our truck late in the evening ( witch we didn't have to do, but we still did it for you).
Your pricing was not the issue. I would've given you the business for the hourly rate. You were rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to explain the price. You were changing as you were going. $95 per hour or $190 flat rate, with a 1 hr minimum. I explained to you, I only had 3 pieces of furniture and would only take about an hr or less to move, you wanted to force me into choosing the flat rate.
Thank you for your review. We base our prices on what you need done. Since you weren’t sure what you wanted to do & based on the amount of things you wanted us to do price will change.
Update: When posting information please be accurate. I said I thought $150 was fair for 3 miles. A pallet jack and 1 person could have handled it. No worries though. I found a company that would help for the $150. This is so everyone is aware there are much cheaper options that are also extremely reliable and professional. Quoted $425 to move a 600lb safe 3 miles. Relocated from 1 garage to another. Drop shipping from the manufacturer is cheaper!
Hi Nathan, we’re sorry we couldn’t meet your budget of $100.00 for the move of A 600 POUND SAFE. As we’re a professional moving company we have to charge a travel fee from Naples to Lehigh Acres, labor cost for experienced movers & taxes for services.

When I got a new bedroom set delivered to my two-story townhouse and realized how heavy everything really was, I had no idea how I was going to get the pieces upstairs to my bedroom, let alone set it up. Jesse and Don - and Monster Grip Moving Co. - saved the day! I reserved a two hour block for the internal move (apparently, that's what it's called - who knew???).
Thank you for such a good review.
This company did a great job on our recent move. Jessie, the manager, did a very good job communicating and answering questions before move day. The moving team of Rico, Paul, and Omar were very careful with our possessions, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Gary, We All Thank You Very Much For Your Great & Honest Review Towards Our Company. It Was Pleasure Working With You. We're Here For You At Anytime & Enjoy Your New Home. Cheers!
We used Monster Grip Moving for our local move in Estero this weekend. They were absolutely AMAZING!! From the beginning first phone call they made everything easy and painless. On move day we had Don,Rico, and Paul. These guys really know how to work!! We had a house and garage filled to the brim with heavy awkward things so it was not an easy job. All the guys were very careful and wrapped and took apart everything with care. The biggest rave about these guys is how well they can pack!!
Thank you so much for your review.
Another seamless move with Jessie and crew. Wonderful to do business with. Very careful with the furniture and did a fantastic job from Naples to St. Petersburg with very short notice. Don't hesitate to use Monster Grip, Jessie, you will not be sorry. Bravo Jessie, thank you very much for pulling this off with a days notice ! Appreciate your professionalism and thoughtfulness ! EDIT We have hired Jessie again, and again he had demonstrated to be extremely reliable and absolutely the BEST MOVER we have ever used.
Thank you!
