Google reviews are not accurate at all & you should read the other sites attached to get the real side of this company. Super unprofessional for the amount they charge. Broke my mothers dishwashers wheel and the guy told her “you can just order a new one to replace it”, sorry but for 150$/hr you would expect them to be more careful & actually know how to move without breaking anything. They were also 8 hours late- things happen but should’ve been compensated as that’s a ridiculous timeframe.
I just needed to move a washer and dryer machine that I bought from my friends, and it was one of the most difficult and stressful experiences of my life and my friends' lives. First, I had to follow up endlessly to get a confirmation on the date the move would happen because they are very unresponsive over email.
I've moved twice with them. No more. The only attractive value is the very low price. 1st move: 7/10. It was all right. They got the job done, but they were a bit late, and there was some confusion among the movers during coordination. 2nd move: 2/10. 3 HOURS late for an 11h-14h appointment. They arrived at 17:00. I had to call them to ask if they were even coming at all. They damaged my furniture AND forgot to take out one item from the truck when unloading...
I filled out the FREE ESTIMATE FORM from their website, received a quote by email, accepted their price and never heard from them again. After following up, no one ever answers the phone. They don't return phone calls after leaving a message and don't answer their emails either. I guess it all depends how they are feeling that day.

Service not received. I waited all day for them to arrive several times, and they never showed up. Not even a call to let us know they wouldn't be coming. This is unprofessional.

Cannot recommend them enough! Chantal and the team were amazing. They were extremely efficient yet careful with my furniture, the move was completed quickly and the whole team was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They managed to make moving a pleasant experience and accomplished in a couple hours what would have taken me the whole day on my own. Save yourself the stress of moving yourself and hire them!

I would highly recommend Montreal small moves and will use them again for our next move. Archie helped move my daughter into a new apartment in April. Communication was easy and responsive from the first email quote request to the day off the move. I was helping organize this move all the way from BC. Archie was quick and organized. He took great care of my daughters belongings and even helped tighten some bolts to secure her furniture. There were no surprises when it came to payment.
