From my experience, it seems Moon movers is a predatory moving company. My move with them caused enough of a concern that I felt compelled to warn other women. Some of my issues include them sending an unauthorized 4th mover and attempting to bill me for it, a crew member solicited a personal cash payment to move a couch after saying it "wouldn't fit" on the elevator (though the last moving company had no issues), multiple furniture pieces were significantly damaged, they refused to leave my apartment until I paid…
Going to be honest, I wasn’t going to leave a review at all. The people seemed nice but just too much happened to not inform others. We moved May 14, and I requested the earliest possible move as I didn’t want a lot of people home when we arrived, instead of the 8am start they showed up 10 Once everything was packed, they lost their keys, and we had to wait another two hours for someone to come with another set, when we arrived they only wanted to discount the services a few bucks (I believe $50 for over 4 hours…

Mover urinated in the corner of my basement. I asked him why he didn't just use the washroom, he responded "I don't know". When I called to report the incident, the individuals I spoke to thought it was humorous. I asked them to leave, after another individual arrived and told me the guy wouldn't do something like that. I explained, I walked in on him doing it, he still has the spiderwebs on him and the puddle is still there. He continued saying he wouldn't do it, without looking at the proof.

$160/3 guys. 2 of the guys worked slow, to extend the time ofcourse. After we arrived to where I moved, it was obvious one of the guys was smoking Marijuana. Atleast wait till you're done with the job. I wasn't the only one that noticed. They never told me they charge extra for heavy items. I would NOT recommend them. Look elsewhere!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Moon Movers. Ivan and Ross were amazing from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my furniture and belongings. They took the time to properly protect and wrap everything, and handled each item as if it were their own. The move went smoothly, and their positive attitude made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they put into the job.
