This review is an extension of another one that's already on here (about a damaged lamp). These are the facts. There is no arguing against it. - The response from management was a photo (refer to my first image) taken by the movers which show one of the lamp shade fabric pieces dislodged, suggesting that the lamp was already damaged to begin with.
Absolutely NOT Worth the Money – Rude, Overpriced, and Unprofessional If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the most disappointing and overpriced moving experience I’ve ever had. I hired these movers expecting help, but all they did was transport my stuff while I did half the work myself. Because I couldn’t book the elevator, I had to bring everything down to the loading dock alone, which saved them time and effort.

Update: Moovy responded and provided time stamped photos trying to prove the lamp was damaged beforehand. The photo they provided shows a single lamp shade panel that appears to be disheveled; however the damage to the lamp after it was delivered was a very visible dent and several panels were loose which does not match their photos.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We recently used this team for a move from Toronto to Vaughan, and they executed the entire process flawlessly. Here are the key reasons why I highly recommend them: Punctuality & Reliability: The crew arrived exactly at the start of the scheduled window. There was zero idle time; they immediately began assessing the inventory and mapping out the load sequence. Expert Assembly/Disassembly: We had several large, complex furniture pieces that required disassembly.
Fantastic experience, movers arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. All of our belongings were well cared for and arrived with no damage!
I highly recommend this moving service for anyone looking for a seamless, professional experience in the GTA. Right from the start, their scheduling manager, Anastasia, was incredibly detailed and explained everything so well, which made the entire process clear to us before the move even began. The crew then handled our move from a midtown Toronto condo to a 3-story townhome in Vaughan, and their performance was exemplary.
Absolutely amazing team! Incredibly polite and friendly. We had a couple guys come and move us from Oshawa to Bowmanville ~ They wrapped our valuables (TV’s and breakables) in travel blankets & wrapped the couch and bed in plastic wrap to keep them clean during transport. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Moovy again or recommend them to friends & family!
