More Space Storage is marginally okay. And when I say marginally I am being generous. Due to my circumstances I have used this facility for a few years and I am always disappointed. They have consistantly raised the rent on the units. An overhead pipe broke in my unit and destroyed some of my belongings that can't be replace and they were like oh sorry. Someone broke into my unit and stole a variety of items and their suggestion was to take photos everytime I came to my unit.

Horrific The place is an ancient building that should be condemned. They have zero customer service abilities. If my company had not been the ones to rent space here I would have never paid them a cent. One of our two storage units had no light. They kept questioning my use of the elevator because I dared to have bulky things that didn't need a cart. The elevator has no call button, so you have to walk up to the floor it's on and bring it down.

I was told I could only be in my storage once a day & for under 30 minutes. I was not renewed my lease because they said I has multiple violations & they are very prejudice there and I would never rent from these guys and I recommend you dont either very hateful ppl. As I stated?? Its my storage that I pay for and as for a residence who uses their storage for a residence?
As you stated we are unable to let people use their units as a residence and for security reasons allow multiple guests to be brought in daily. We strive to be downtown Spokane's go to storage facility for quality and affordability. Thank you for storing with us.
My stuff was thrown near a dumpster, left where it could be stolen and this was all by your orders to the moving company that was hired to move my things. Everything you say was there was not there when the extra movers I hired said there wasn't. Any pictures or whatever you say you have. Were not verified by me do to me not being able to be there to an ER visit. A Veterans organization paid you in advance of my move. You showed no proof, damaged my property and you smear my name.

I dont leave many reviews. Had 2 on this one. Im a regular guy who fell on bad times. I have a full time job. But lost my place. Only differance between you and me is I dont have anyone to call and ask for help. On my own. So had to check in to the shelter. So I needed a place to put my stuff. Went into this place and asked about a unit. Guy asked where i lived and i told him at the shelter. As soon as i did a devilish grin come over his face as he told me they do not rent to thr homeless.

Every time I store my belongings their stuff comes up missing the last time before they kicked me out for no reason really at least $1000.00 worth of My belongings just vanished out of my storage... not once did anyone offer to ever look …
You were actually "kicked out" because you were caught littering our property as well as putting graffiti on our loading dock. We allowed you to stay until the end of your lease. Before hand you told us multiple times that you were moving out anyways. You also had multiple late pays.
Today 4-7-24 the storage wasn't open at 11a.m waited until 2p.m still not open, the person who was working came around 3:30 or 4p.m and opened it up, I asked how long he would be open for and he said 8p.m so I'm here and now it's locked. …

I fell in love with the security that they have inplace. I knew and know my things would be safe. And Rikki the manager is a top dog and don't allow the riff raff to hang around. Totally not a skid row feel in any way. Rikki her & her asst. Manager run this great place. The 2 of them will always make you laugh. What an awesome place to store your things.
