This company is the biggest scam in the history of America. Very unprofessional, communication is nonexistent, and there are a ton of extra fees that occurred during my move. When I initially signed up the gentleman assured me there were no hidden fees, however at the end my move they added additional fees for "changing trucks" and during the initial pick up they added more fees for space I didn't even need. I only had a 480 sqft apartment I was moving from.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY In August of 2025 I asked for a moving quote from a website, thinking I was getting an estimate for a moving pod, because that's what I deemed best for my situation. Immediately I was overwhelmed with texts and calls. Perfect Fast Moving happened to be the first company to get through to me. I spoke to Oscar on the phone for an hour. I told him I was a ways out from moving and was just pricing things out.
This company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish! They were painfully slow, completely incommunicative, and had the audacity to charge me double my original quote. They essentially held my belongings hostage just to open a thirty-day delivery window and were completely unprofessional when I tried to fix it. Stay far, far away from this terrible business!

I booked with perfectly fast moving, William was the gentlemen who helped me and his attitude was extremely poor, he seemed annoyed when talking to me and always talked over me and never would let me finish. Honestly this company is completely unorganized and very bad at communicating. I was moving from Houston to Atlanta and I did everything I was supposed to do, but once the movers got to my place they said I would be either receiving my things in Atlanta the next day or next TWO WEEKS.
My wife first contacted this company for our move. They did a video walk-through and gave us a quote. Honestly, I thought the quote was way too low, so I asked to do another walk-through. They adjusted the estimate higher, which made sense. Then we had one more walk-through with their quality assurance team and the estimate went up again. Even then, I still figured it was a little low but not terribly off. Fast forward to moving day — the movers show up and are immediately shocked by the amount of stuff we had.
Vlad, Alex, Explained everything before they started packing me up for my move to Oklahoma. It went really swiftly and they were courteous, respectful and showed extreme care when packing and wrapping all my items. Top notch moving team..! Edit post delivery: Overall, I’m very pleased with my service and delivery received. There were a few moments that created some confusion around additional fees and costs, but I was very clear about my expectations and we were able to work it out without a hitch upon delivery. I received all of my items the boxes very fast for a cross country move, without any damage. The local delivery team was efficient and quick and handing off my boxes. I would recommend this company.
I was impressed not only by the way they handled the job but also by the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire experience. They treated the work with care and respect and made sure that their responsibilities were taken seriously. Transporting my things after renovating the house was a difficult task. The team helped me with the move in a really good manner. They packed my stuff carefully and transported it to the new place. Everything was done in a proper way, without any problem. The communication throughout the process was constant. My belongings were delivered safely and placed where I requested at the new place. The prices were quite reasonable.
