They're great as long as all belongings are pre-packed and the move is a no brainier. My scheduled movers we're a no-show and they were able to fit me right in so I was hopeful. I was only going to have them pack a few rooms but when they showed up they said they had time to do more. The guys were friendly but far from professional movers. The supervisor was training the other guy so I was paying $100 p.h. (2 man price) for one guy to remove crystal from the china cabinet and roll it toward the other to wrap.
Edit: My reply to the response from Spokane Pro Movers: Thank you for your reply. If the representative simply stated that requiring the exact address is the company standard process, I'll respect that and would not be too bothered by it. And I wouldn't even leave a negative review. When I stated that it was something different than what I experienced before in terms of requesting an initial estimated quote, she could've simply state "but it is our company policy.

Big Ouch!! I so don’t like leaving poor reviews. Not worth the heart ache. Well, I was scheduled to move with this company on a specific date and time. I received my written estimate with time and date for pickup of personal property during the estimate appointment. No show for the move. No phone call either. I tried many times to reach them the date of the move. Finally received a call back mid morning and was told there must have been a misunderstanding as I did not call them to confirm the day before.

My wife and I had a move scheduled over 3 weeks in advance and even confirmed the day before our move, and the day our move was supposed to happen no one showed up. We called several times and left several messages, and no one answered our calls or returned our messages. They left my wife and I with our toddlers with out help on the day we were supposed to move into our new house. We ended up having to find a Uhaul and do the whole move ourselves while trying to watch our kids.

To Edit - I'll include pictures of both my original estimate (nowhere does it state a 4hr min), as well as the estimate AFTER I paid a deposit and they had my card information on file. Only after paying the deposit, in the top corner is where the 4hr minimum appears. Tonia also admitted that she did not respond to my email confirming that this would be an hourly rate if less time was used.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this company. This group recently packed and loaded my household and moved it to a storage unit before a cross country move. They went over budget with a large crew, and damaged numerous items. While packing the items in the storage unit the crew got in an altercation with each other.

Spokane Pro Movers were contracted by Furniture Row to deliver my mattress. The mattress was a king size almost 500lbs beast that needed to be taken down to the basement. The two guys were prompt, quick, and friendly. They were able to squeeze it through a tighter stairwell with no damage. Great guys, super appreciative of their work.

Spokane Pro Movers were fantastic & I highly recommend them. Kyle & Robert helped my elderly mother move from Spokane to Tacoma last weekend. They were extremely kind & efficient with their work. They were very respectful of my mother’s furniture & the boxes especially the ones which were fragile. On the Tacoma end, they had to navigate a very slow elevator in a senior community which seemed very frustrating, without complaining.
