I worked with the Spokane Crew. I am retiring out of the Military and this was my last delivery after 4 different moves through my career. I am dissatisfied with how things went. First off, I was told by my initial movers, Military TMM, and briefed to check my firearms off first. Not LAST. When I brought this up to the ground crew manager he brushed it off and said "We usually do those last." I personally don't care what he does last.
We are sorry that we missed the mark. Please contact our office to discuss this further.
One of the suppliers for our company drops their product at Bekins for local delivery to our shop. We have had reoccurring issues with their staff not contacting us once they receive the shipments. They have held items for 3-4 weeks and delayed our jobs, several times we have had to go collect the items ourselves. Their staff gives us attitude each time and tells us they are too busy to deal with us. They also make every excuse and lie to our faces about when they received the shipments.
Very unprofessional!! Was asked to move my truck or the employee threatened to key my truck I told him he had plenty of room and he then started cussing at me and flipped me off! After all said and done with the unload he got in the company truck and peeled out in the driveway. Would never recommend!! 😡😤

I would never use, nor recommend Bekins going forward. The Sales Rep I worked with grossly over promised & under delivered on more items than I can count. The moving staff beat up our furniture, broke a $2000 TV, & lost items, lost screws / shelve brackets to our furniture they disassembled. They are ridiculously slow also - that way they can charge you for overtime. They did not setup all furniture / reassemble as we were told.
The worst experience I've ever had moving. We had a lot that needed to be packed. We told them there were valuables, some that couldn't be replaced. We heard them drop something and when I asked them about it, they said they had dropped a roll of tape. When we were cleaning up, it was a statue that was dropped. I found the head on the floor. When they showed up to load the truck, the workers seemed upset to be there. They seemed irritated about the amount of boxes and furniture.
Christine, we are very sorry to hear about your experience. The crew on your move is one we have only ever received positive feedback for. We will be addressing your complaints with our staff, and utilize it as a valuable training opportunity.
Editing my earlier review as I've now had my things delivered. The original movers were super nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they didn't wrap any of my furniture and a very expensive solid wood bed was put back together incorrectly. The wood is warped and full of gashes, and the destination movers hid a leftover bag of screws in my bedroom that they couldn't find a place for in my bed. Now that I'm upset and want help, I'm getting no responses. Will NOT recommend.
Today one of their drivers as I and my Dad was on our way to pull and save valley around 330pm nearly ran us over while he was in the right lane merge left on Montgomery while our vehicle was on the left lane as we were neck and neck with the cab of the truck. Whomever that was in the truck near caused a accident.
We’re truly sorry to hear about this disappointing experience. The safety of our community is our top priority, and we never want anyone to feel unsafe around our vehicles. We take reports like this very seriously and want to investigate what happened so we can address it appropriately.
I would not use these movers ever again. When they stacked my stuff in storage. They put heavy boxes on top of light boxes. They got crushed. I have things broken and they said that they knew how to move a grandfather clock. They don't they broke it. I do not. It would not ever recommend this company

Kent and Michelle were wonderful. They went the extra mile to help my daughter with her move and kept us informed the entire way. Movers were on time, courteous, and careful with her belongings and car. Great value and would highly recommend.

We had a challenging move in the middle of the winter with about a foot of snow on the ground. Bekins estimated that we'd need a 53' tractor trailer, and on packing day, the driver told us there was no way he was getting that truck in front of our house. That meant having to shutting our belongings from another location and additional money. We were already at our max budget, so we contacted our estimator to discuss our concern.
We had two shipments recently delivered by this company with Chris H. being our crew leader on both. He was very professional with my delivery and was quick to ID any items that were damaged or looked like they were packed in an unsafe manner at the originating location. He made sure we checked items thoroughly if he had concerns, and made sure to unpack items that we didn't originally think needed looking at just to ensure the items were in the correct condition.

My first experience with Bekins was when I moved from California to Spokane. Everything was fast the good. Was super impressed. It took only 2 persons a few hours to pack and load my stuff to Spokane. I used them again this time but they recommended to use 3 guys instead of 2. I lived alone in a have a 2BR apt. I did 85% of the packing and everything except the kitchen appliances and dishes were not packed. I asked them before hand to pack them.
