Not real pleased with the service. Estimated cost 1040 to 1400..........then charged $2400 and did not have right size truck. I Had to rent a u-haul myself for what wouldnt fit in theirs.Workers friendly, but double the estimate bad business.
My mother called to request someone come out for an estimate to move 2 residences. She was told by the lady that answered the phone that would get in touch with Mr. Moretz to find out when he would be available and she would call my mother back. She never called back. My mother called again and an appointment was set up for 10/19/2020 at 11:30 a.m. At 11:35, we received a call from "Miranda" saying that Mr. Moretz was with a truck and would be unable to keep the 11:30 appointment.
They canceled without even letting me know after I waited several hours for them to show up. Had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on. Do not recommend.

Moretz Moving is a wonderful and trustworthy company with superior staff members. Miranda was great to work with in getting a quote, giving me all the info we needed to prepare, coordinating our move with the crew, and personally taking time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. We talked personally but then worked out all the details by text message so that we both had a record of what was discussed.
I have moved all over the country and these guys are the best. We had them picking up from two different storage units at two different locations and dropping off and picking things up at two different houses. They were extremely careful, fast, assembled furniture correctly, were very polite and didn’t damage or hit a single wall or door frame. All of us were extremely impressed. I would never use another moving company. They are the best, hands down.
The Moretz team was great—they were quick to schedule our quote and easily accommodated our move date. The team of guys who showed up to pack and do the actual move were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were communicative and respectful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again for any moving needs.
Picking a moving company can be nerve wracking for the average person. You wonder if the strangers you agreed to work with will handle your stuff with any amount of care and thought. If this is your fear then fear no more. Moretz moving is who we chose and we could not be more happy! The crews showed up on time and started as soon as we completed a walk thru of the house. The guys were super careful with our belongings and in some cases our stuff was better after they reassembled it than it was before.
