Update: It is now May 2026 almost a year when I had decided to let Dwayne Wolfe owner of Mount Wolfe LLC handle my terrible move. Dwayne had agreed to pay me back on the move multiple times if I removed the reviews on Yelp and Google. I have yet to receive my full refund. So these reviews will stay up. This move was $3050 he only refunded me $200 bucks. Which saids alot about his character and how much he values his business. The reply message in the review is just to sound good and somewhat professional.

I had a disappointing experience trying to book my move with this company. I reached out via email with the details of my move, including a request for help with furniture assembly. Dwayne was initially responsive, providing a quote and a general outline of what it included. However, when I asked if assembly was covered in the quote, he said no. I followed up to ask if it could be added to the service and never received a response.

I purchased, and needed a bedroom set to be moved to my house. From my very first contact, to delivery and setup was on point. Communication from Dwayne was top notch. Incredibly professional, diligent and courteous. Not to mention very engaging in person. We intend to move away from our current place in a few years to another state. We already talked to him about the possibilily of hiring him. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Great job all the way around!!!

Dwayne and his team were professional and friendly! They took care of all my belongings to facilitate a smooth move! They were on time, careful with everything, and took their time to finish the job well. I am extremely happy with the job they did! I’ll bring up the only hiccup here for learning on both the owner and movers parts. The only concern was that they did not bring any boxes for the move and I needed wardrobe boxes.
