I was very piss off..they two guys move like a snail,damage my new furniture,put can good on my glasses that where mark,put stuff everywhere charge me out the tail I only live ten mins where move fr they couldn't even get a chair an a room the owner came by did himself.charge me over $500 to move never again..my brother was started helping them underload cause they where damn slow they know what they doing.not happy at all.
I'm so sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your mother's move. We made great efforts to reconcile the situation and it was our understanding that your mother was completely satisfied with our response.
They bill by the hour and sent men who couldn’t possibly work slower. They didn’t bring tools and had to borrow mine. Charged me $598, which was $100 higher than his highest estimate to move a small amount of furniture 0.2 miles.
We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with our services, especially after we felt we went to great lengths to accommodate you and be transparent in terms of our costs. Please note that we provided a ball park estimate of your move of 2 to 4 hours based on the explanation/moving details…
I am giving Move 4 Less one star, because 0 stars is not an option. I am so disappointed in Move 4 Less. My family and I had decided to move to the Midwest from Knoxville and were looking for a moving company that would be trustworthy, honest, and reliable. We had communicated via email for a rough estimate and in the email it strictly said, “Our crew will show up with all the equipment necessary to move you, including furniture pads, tools, and dollies. There is no deposit required to begin your move.
We are very disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with our services, as we work very hard to provide a very high level of customer service and ensure all of our customers are satisfied.

Despite dealing with heavy and awkward items, he managed everything seamlessly—arriving on time and handling a challenging move with impressive skill. Move 4 Less got everything done efficiently and safely, and the best part is that their rates were incredibly affordable.
Absolutely phenomenal! I could not have asked for a smoother transition from my home in Knoxville to Richmond KY. They were fast, efficient and professional. Reasonable, fast, affordable! I hired this company to move me to another state and it was the best service i could have asked for. The gentleman showed up on time. Worked fast, but carefully and not unloaded his truck but helped with my vehicle as well! If i could leave a 10 star review, i would!
These guys were amazing!! Friendly, professional & effective with their time & space. And a >> local!! << company. We had to store almost everything due to a delay between selling our home & being being able to close on the house we were buying. We hired them to move us from the storage unit to our house 2 hours away. Loading took about twice as long as expected but that was mostly due to navigating elevators & hallways in an inside storage facility. Unloading was super quick.
