In their own words
I normally do not leave reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience with Move and Care. The movers arrived 45 minutes late with no heads-up call, and I had to repeatedly contact customer service just to get updates. Once they arrived, the crew immediately started complaining that the job was bigger than expected. They also attempted to take apart items we specifically told them not to touch because they could not be reassembled properly.
I had a good experience with the movers, who were on time, professional, and took good care of my stuff. They paid close attention to things I pointed out as fragile. I would use them again. Update: Although the moving process was alright, we noticed some damage and informed them within 48 hours via email. We had purchased insurance coverage for the move. They took 10 days to respond to the email and asked for more details and to fill out a claim form.
Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that our movers were punctual, professional, and careful with your belongings, especially with fragile items. We appreciate your trust and look forward to assisting you again in the future!
Joseph and Vitalli did the job and were very helpful, although they broke my dinner table stand, they went ahead and fixed it. I wish they would've told me when it happened, and not after they requested me to review them, and there's a missing box of books and movies, so I'm editing this review accordingly.
Hidden travel charges for when they leave their offices and charge for their drive BACK to the office. They also charged $150 for tape plastic covers and for the tools they used to undo the furniture even tho the estimate says it was …

Dear Helen, Thank you so much for your incredible review and for choosing Move and Care in San Antonio, TX! We’re thrilled to hear that Nick and his team provided such a professional, organized, and stress-free moving experience for you.
I AM SO SATISFIED!!! If you’re in need of a quick or even a same day move with a better rate than anyone else, please use this company. I called around to so many moving companies in San Antonio and this company had the best hourly rate BY FAR! I had a downtown move and parking for the moving truck was horrendous and my movers Isaiah and Vitali dealt with it so seamlessly and didn’t seem annoyed at all!
Wow, thank you so much for sharing this incredible review! We're over the moon to hear that Isaiah and Vitali provided such professional, hardworking, and courteous service during your move in San Antonio.
Nick and Roman are the best movers I’ve ever hired. I move A LOT and this has been by far the best experience. They were quick, organized, knowledgeable, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture and put everything very tidy in the rooms. I highly recommend. Great communication and pricing. Excellent job, guys!!!!
Nick and Roman were great movers! Very efficient, friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was where I wanted it before they left. I also had a wonderful booking experience with Lera, she was very informative and thorough. Would definitely recommend to friends and use them again in the future!
