Terribly unprofessional. The first time I was scheduled with them they were a no call/no show. And wouldn’t pick up their phone until I called from another number - hours later. Promised to show up for another scheduled day at noon and offered a 10% discount. As of two pm, they were no calls/no shows again. Finally appeared this afternoon after I called repeatedly. Three hours after the agreed time. And they broke some of the furniture!!

The reviews y’all see are paid reviews for this company This company is horrible. The experience I had with this company was very horrible. They bait you in with a low quote and then once you accept they have another guy. Call you with a very high price i 25 boxes an washer and dryer for three hours at 150 well once they got my stuff on the truck they had someone else to call me back and say it was gonna be 1275.00 We cannot start unloading until we get paid on top of that.

This is my first time for me to leave the negative review to anyone. We used the Move for Less last year and we were happy with their service so decided to use them again. However this time... I cannot even find a word to describe. First of all, movers were nice and worked hard. Yes.. they were nice but I paid them for the work. I have been moving 6 times past 10 years and it was the worst experience and extremely expensive service compared what we received.

Firstly, I would like to say if it was up to me I would give them 0 stars but I didn’t have that option. I use their services the year before last and they were awesome. Their services this year was horrible and expensive. They wanted to rush the job!! They were stalling to reach the 3 hr mark. They were unprofessional, they didn’t use blankets or anything to protect my TVs. I paid them but this is the last time I will ever use their services.

They broke my vacuum and my husband's collectible item. They were not careful with our stuff... Just dropping boxes like they were unimportant things.

More or Less did a perfect job moving my stuff, it was done in a timely manner, everything was handled extremely carefully and Dante and Reese were super friendly and communicative. Highly recommend using their service, I will be hiring them again the next time I move.
We hired movers after moving a lot over the last few years. We moved from one 3rd floor unit to another 3rd floor in the same building. Our furniture is very large and heavy. The two movers showed up right one time and they did an amazing job. If you’re looking for good affordable movers you should choose Move For Less. Their customer service and communication is awesome.
