MOVE IT ALL

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND A HONEST AND REPUTABLE MOVING COMPANY...THIS IS NOT IT!!! I contacted Move 4 All requesting a quote for our move. I provided detailed descriptions of the items I needed moved to include furniture materials, num of rooms, the home having stairs, the distance between homes while giving exact addresses so they could calculate the distance...I left nothing to question. I was provided a quote for 3 me, the truck, and a 4 hour job. The properties are an hour and a half away, as disclosed.

Move it all is the WORST company ever please do not use this company! I had an appointment at 5 they came 2 hours late and when they finally arrive and started moving my stuff they were taking forever and it caused my storage to close instead of compromising with me because your drivers was late to an appointment Which I did not mind paying half he was flat out nasty to me and told me I should have better pick my time and that I had to pay full price for overnight fee!

TERRIBLE!! Booked them twice. Both times to move our safe. First move off truck into storage went fine. Second move, of the exact same safe, from storage to our home did NOT happen. Paid our deposit when booking move. They show up & say that they are unable to move the safe. They have 3 guys, a rolling platform and a regular truck with a ramp. They say there is no way to push the safe up a ramp, so they can’t move it. Well, duh!!!!

Really disappointed, unfortunately. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years using other companies with no issue, and I went with Move It All this time because the company I’d usually work with was booked. The movers were unprofessional in their behavior throughout the moving process and took much longer than they should have due to being distracted and inefficient.

The movers were several hours late to pick up the items needed to be moved and were extremely unprofessional in doing so. They just placed everything in one room nearly blocking any ability to enter the building and hindering any chance to walk through the apartment. After they moved everything they charged nearly $400 over the projected cost and screamed at us using profanities when questioned about why the cost was more than they originally stated.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Absolute worst experience. Pick up one day, deliver the next. NOT HARDLY!! Over the next 3 days we got our stuff, I think. We overbooked I was told. Not the consumer’s problem. Items came tossed, dinged, scratched, glass missing, legs for bed frames missing, furniture not wrapped, TV screens cracked, still trying to find a piece of furniture. ANTIQUE HUTCH with glass completely shattered. No apologies. No solutions. Just get the money!!! They don’t have their own trucks.

Honest Review of Move It All After several disappointing experiences with big-name moving companies, we decided to go local and chose Move It All. Initially, the process with the company’s president, Mr. Curtis D. Hersey, was smooth, and the movers themselves were polite and professional. However, there are a few issues worth mentioning. First, the time it took to complete the move was excessive. It took eight hours (9 AM – 5 PM) to load our belongings from a third-floor apartment onto two trucks.

If I could I’d give them A minus 10 Check them out before you use ! Dishonest and not who they say they are. Several items destroyed ! Packing was the worse, lack of organized skills . Left items in old home that I had to pack up. Garage and outdoor items moved by us and additional hired help as they didn’t have room in there trucks. Which was to be covered in cost and not refunded !!! I supplied additional paper & box’s as they ran out at my cost not there’s and not refunded .
