Picked up our stuff, held it for ransom. We paid almost 10,000 more than the quote. Don't get scammed. Stole our stuff. Everything was unpacked and repacked. Many items were broken.

Kenneth was upfront and honest about possibly needing more trucks to do the move in one trip. I booked with him based on that. Where it turns south is when I asked if another date was available, he said yes, I said I'd get back with him to confirm a change if needed, I never got back to him about changing the date. So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone.

These guys are super unprofessional. They started the job at North Star mall and had the parking lot all blocked off. A security guy asked him to move on of the trucks closer to the curb to not block traffic and the owner Marc got upset at the malls security guard and left the job. Leaving all the doors of the business wide open and all the material in touched. Even if the security guard was not easy going, this was not an excuse to walk away from a job. Very unprofessional and would never recommend

Let me say, I’ve never posted a poor review of a business-ever. I believe that many people prefer to complain than to praise so I only take the time to only do the latter. In the interest of fairness, this review is detailed but please take the time to read it in its entirety before dialing. As much as I value excellent service, I value integrity even more, and this is a character quality the owner demonstrated to me that he himself, does not possess.

Did not have the greatest experience with this company. The owners both had terrible attitudes and the type of language that was being used was completely unprofessional, they all just seemed extremely aggravated that they even had to work. Their team looks like a bunch of guys that they just picked up for the job. I should of realized this when i couldn't find any recent reviews and the the most recent ones all seem very sketchy. Would not recommend to any of my business partners

Haven't used their service but I was driving down the highway and a giant blue moving blanket comes off the truck and starts flying towards me. I couldn't swerve out of the way because there were cars nearby. Had to hit the blanket and hopefully it didn't cause any damage. I'm glad I wasn't in a motorcycle because I'd be dead right now. You're a moving company traveling on a highway and don't strap down your blankets???? Back of the trailer said moo9

I called to get a quote for a two men no truck move from one apartment next door to another apartment they wanted to charge me $375 minimum 2 hours plus $129 for having to come over here. That is absolutely outrageously priced they weren't going to have to move it any boxes it would have just been the furniture and I got a quote for $173 right before I called this place so I don't know what makes them special but that's a lot of money

Do not use this fraud of a company. They claim their movers are tenured and best in class. They broke many custom pieces of furniture, insulted the craftsmanship, then threatened to stop mid job. When attempting to receive insurance claims they are breaking their own legal paperwork. You will not get a fair insurance payout. Don't make my same mistake. Go with someone else.
