Pick up went fine waiting on weight and delivery damages were ignored seemed more like brokers than a company no follow up refused to move many items still finding things broken no response on damages the delivery people wrote up damage and they still ignored me just say no
If you would like to have someone come over and look at everything you own and give you an imaginary quote that will end up coming in almost a grand above quoting this company is for you. They sent one experienced guy and two guys who had only been working for them for 2 days. What should have been 6 hours was almost 9 and I was having to physically be in the truck and moving stuff because they did not care about anything breakable or what the labels said.
I have complete faith in the gentlemen that came out to move my treasured belongings. Chuck had me in stitches with “yes, ma’am, no ma’am all day.O’Rick kept us on track (never corrected me on the fact that I addressed him as Rick the entire time)and smoothed out a few snafus we ran into throughout the day. Everything worked out great, terrific professional, polite group of guys. UPDATE Receiving my belongings at the other end.

So incredibly disappointed with Bekins. We were in a big rush to move so we hired Bekins even though they are way overpriced. We signed the paperwork and scheduled everything. When the day came to move, they never showed up. We were completely in boxes and ready to go, but they didn’t come and when I called to ask what happened, they kept transferring me to different people and putting me on hold for an hour until someone finally admitted that they forgot to put our move on the calendar.
I really wanted this to great. And honestly, it was at first, until the stuff left our house. I let the guys use my nice Costco stepstool but did tell them to put it on the truck afterward, and I believe they did, but I never got it back. …
I don't understand how this place has the nerve to charge so much for such poor and unprofessional work! If you look at one of the other poor reviews made about a year prior and notice this company's response, nothing has changed. The general manager has recently said to me and my mother the exact same things that was said to a previous customer who also complained about the overpriced unprofessional services they received.

Move NW did great on my local move. Brian C. was flexible and accommodating as we weren't sure how much were were going to pre-pack and move ourselves in advance. We ended up packing and moving all the boxable items ourselves, so the crew only had to came one day to move our big items. They were friendly, courteous, and quick. A few days later, we realized that several of the adjustable feet on our large metal garage cabinets had been bent.
