I had a bad experience. First, the communications. I called once for advice, and the meeting went well. I was asked to send photos, which I did. I received an email from a second person thanking me for the photos and suggesting a random date, while also asking for additional information. I called to provide the information, and another person answered. They told me they didn't know which file I was referring to, that they had lost the photos, and that it was my fault...
Hello Alexis... sometimes it's difficult to assess the space we have to maneuver, especially on the stairs, from the photos. And your staircase had a non-standard landing. The discussion between the movers on site and those at the office was because it wasn't easy.
I dn't uaully do 1 stars but very rude staff. Made a phone call to get more info and was being talked to in a very rude manor. I wouldn't do business here.
Hi Pat, we are in the middle of our busy season and oftentimes receive several calls at once. We do our best to deal with this time the best manner possible .
I needed to move my upright Kawai K300 piano from basement to first floor for renovation, therefore I used their service 2 times. First time - moving up was very good and professional (about 3 months ago), my piano was moved perfectly smooth although it was in the middle of winter with full of ice and snow. This time - moving back down as renovation finished, they chipped my piano (brand new 2 years old) at the bottom by bumping it to the door and chipped my staircase outside when removing the support ladder.
You are showing the back of the piano that faces the wall. I do not see any damage . But if there was damage to the lacquer we can send a specialist to repair it. Small scuffs and scratches happen rarely but can be buffed out by à qualified technician.

Excellent service: 1- Pickup: punctual, secure packing, respect for the apartment, efficient and careful carrying down the stairs. 2- Delivery: punctual, respect for the apartment, safe unpacking. The movers were very polite. I highly recommend them. Very competitive prices. A friend recommended them (grand piano), and for her too, the service was impeccable.
We used Moventune 4 times in our new home, in the space of three months for work requiring precision and extreme care not to damage anything. They were, hands down, the best moving crews with whom I have ever dealt. They were incredibly responsive to our needs; they were able to be flexible with the scheduling; the crews were on time and absolutely professional and courteous. They assessed the logistics before even touching anything so that the process went completely smoothly.

Excellent service! So surprised to see a hand full of negative reviews. Honestly when im move a 800 pound object as big as the door frame itself, i expect the worst. The fact that it gets done is what deserves the 5 star rating. No amount of blankets or padding will solve a problem when push comes to shove at that size and weight, and thats what moventune delivers. EXTREMELY fair price for what is expected. The quality braught by the company is just a bonus.

The price to move my piano from the living room to the basement was very reasonable and less expensive than five other companies. I requested a quote by email and received a response from the owner within 24 hours. Employees Brent and Johnny were very polite, conscientious, and efficient during the move. They took care to remove the stand to hold the sheet music and properly wrapped the piano, even though they only had to go down six steps in the house.
