AVOID MOVER MENTALITY AND JASON AT ALL COSTS. Do not trust him with your move. He has stolen $100 from us as a "deposit that would get refunded in 3-5 business days" which has not been done. After numerous calls and emails, he is screening my calls to avoid talking to me to refund our deposit. It took someone else calling him and acting as a new client for him to IMMEDIATELY call back so I could talk with him. We STILL have not gotten our deposit back.
Buyer beware… Read the negative reviews and believe them! Scheduled an important commercial remove move from my office. They never showed up!!! No call, no nothing…tried to call them repeatedly - good luck ever getting a human voice on the phone…this should be your first warning! After the fact told me that they would NEVER miss a move…but, that is not the case if you read the negative reviews. But…they offered a discount if I rescheduled. Tried to call and reschedule and again…tried for days with no answer.
What a trash company! They no-showed the day of my move. I've called them 8 times. They won't answer any of my calls. I need to be out of my place by tomorrow and they completely screwed me over. Beyond unprofessional! The 5 star reviews must be fake. Trust the negative reviews on here if you don't want your moving day to be a disaster! Would not recommend this sick excuse for a moving company to my worst enemy.
Service received was acceptable. Movers assisted with unloading our 26' truck into storage. We were told our initial deposit of $100 would be refunded after the move - this never happened and we are incurring this charge. All attempts to make contact with the owner are ignored. We have left many voice messages with no response. Avoid this service and seek a more professional organization.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. So unprofessional, scheduled my move and didn’t receive a phone call the day before confirming. I called to confirmed the day before no one answered. The morning of my move no one showed up. Called multiple times no one answered. Left a message and no phone call back.
It has been four hours and nearly ten phone calls since they were supposed to be here. Office doesn't exist, rather there is a pet groomer's on one side and people's houses on the other. No sign of a business. No response to phone calls, left about five messages, nothing.
Had to rework the storage unit after movers failed to stack this well. When I called Jason to discuss, 2x, he was non responsive. Due to handicap, had to hire others to fix this. Almost half the 8x20 unit has space now. Day of move, one worker was on his phone all day.
Please heed this warning and do not book a move with Mover Mentality. I used them last November and everything went smooth so I opted to use them again. This time, however, even with my move booked weekend ago and confirmed with Jason R. on …

I needed last minute movers in Tampa and these guys came through BIG time! They showed up 2 hrs after calling them and they moved my 2 bedroom apartment from Tampa FL to Riverview FL, and the entire move was finished within 4 hours. I seriously can't thank Mover Mentality enough!
We've been dealing with Mover Mentality for over 2 years now for our staging and Airbnb business, and they are by far once of the best local Tampa area businesses I've ever worked with. To many more years!!!
I’ve used this company 4 times over the last 2 years for myself and family, and the service they provide gets better and better each time! If you need movers in Tampa this is the company you need to call!
