Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. This moving company damaged nearly all of our furniture and completely broke our brand-new dining table that we had just purchased. After the move, I spoke directly with the owner, who promised to come out the next morning at 10 a.m. to inspect the damage. He never showed up. Later, he claimed there was a family emergency—which I understood—and I told him I was more than willing to reschedule. Since then? Total silence.

I just noticed the comment on this and would love to explain. You are correct that you have never done a job for me, that is because you cancelled my move that my partner scheduled for 8/14/21 and did not contact us. We contacted you twice after you did not arrive during the scheduled time frame and were ignored the first time and assured the second time that we would be called back with a solution, we were not.

Very Unsatisfied, I got no response for my move I called multiple times !! By phone and I even called from blocked a few times. Sorry I wouldn’t recommend!! Get better service you guys need a good phone !!! , okay let me rephrase that I booked you never showed! I called you from multiple numbers no answers I even left a voicemail! Very Unprofessional and it deserves 1 star !!

Do not do business with this company! We reached out to this company to move a swim spa and was told half-down was needed to book. 1/2 of moving cost sent 6/7/25 and we could have the spa moved 7/8/25. Days before the move, we were contacted by Movers and More that equipment broke and new parts were being ordered. We ask if the spa could still be moved after the new parts came in, we were told “yes”. 7/13- reached out to Movers and More to see if we were still on schedule, we were told still waiting on parts.

So I moved April fourth 2024 my buffet to my dining set was destroy my couch has multiple rips in it and it was wet which means they dropped it on the ground. I paid $600 for four hours. They didn’t even get all my belongings from a two bedroom apartment, oh And my TV stand also has a chip in it. I called the owner. He said all send me pictures and I’ll call you back. Today is April 5 at 5:55 PM. Still no call so I called him. No answer. This is not the way to do business, I would never use this company again

I am disappointed with Movers and More's service. They cancelled on us an hour before our scheduled move. We were moving accross the country and it was extremely challening and stressful for us to find another company at the last minute. After our poor experience with Mover's and More, we have not received our $500 deposit back. It has been 2.5 weeks since the scheduled move date. I will ammend this review if we get our deposit back.

I have a review before I realize they broke some bedframe pieces and missing parts. Instead of owning up to it, they tried to set up as if it was all in one piece until my son bed just collapsed and my daughter Frame is missing a piece and to finish setting up. No responsibility to anything. And I used them twice on one month. First time was to move to storage (great service) and second to the apartment (poorly managed)
