I hired this company based on their 5-star reputation, but our actual experience was a complete nightmare that did not reflect those ratings in the slightest. What should have been a simple, straightforward local move (less than 3 miles for a partially packed 2-bedroom apartment) turned into a 6.5-hour ordeal resulting in broken property, gross inefficiency, and a lost bicycle.

⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I’ve moved half a dozen times or more in my life, and I have never seen a moving crew operate as fast, efficient, and professional as this team. Their speed and organization directly translated into savings without sacrificing a bit of care. They handled every single item with respect and precision, followed directions perfectly, and — most impressively — always checked in rather than making assumptions. I had an incredible experience with Movers’s Best, and I can’t recommend them enough! Carlos was the one who helped me with my move, and he did an absolutely amazing job. This was my first time moving out on my own, and I was pretty nervous, but he made the entire process feel seamless. They even arrived 15 minutes early, which I absolutely loved — punctuality goes a long way, especially on moving day!

I can’t recommend Movers Best San Diego enough, and particularly the foreman they assigned me (Bruno). Bruno managed two separate moves for me and both were outstanding: first from my beach house in Dana Point into a large storage unit, and then two months later from that storage unit to Brentwood, Los Angeles. The first move was no easy task. Most of the heavy furniture had to come down three flights of stairs. Bruno and his crew handled it with total professionalism.
