DO NOT use this moving company. The prices are cheap for a reason. The movers were courteous during the move but careless in their execution. They taped a set of screws to the top of a dresser before moving it and when they decided to flip the dresser in order to slide it they caused irreparable damage to the dresser and large gouges in my hardwood floors (pictures included). I have been trying to work with the company to receive compensation for 2 months and have been ignored.

When it was time for our family to move we needed to find reliable long distance movers in Norfolk. Fortunately we had a friend who had moved recently and she recommend Movers Norfolk. She had used them and said they were reasonable and very professional. We got three other estimates for our move they had the best rate. When moving day arrived the crew showed up early that morning and went right to work. They were very hard workers and careful at the same time. The move was seamless without a single issue.
Movers Norfolk were exceptional in my opinion when they handled our move from Norfolk to Arlington. We had to move on very short notice and they were the only moving company that could accommodate us at a reasonable rate. When we moved last Tuesday, everything went smoothly. They were on schedule and we were moved in the same day. No damage and no surprise charges. We would recommend this moving company.
I had a very small apartment and needed to move. I am not strong enough to do it myself so I called several movers. Movers Norfolk was the only one that seemed like they wanted the job. I gave them the job and they moved me from one part of Norfolk to another with two men and a truck for a very low flat rate. I was very pleased with the fast and smooth service they provided. They were also very nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved.
We hired Movers Norfolk after searching dozens of Interstate Movers in the area for a move to Atlanta. Movers Norfolk was the one with customer service and sales team that made the best impression right off the bat. The others acted like they were doing us a favor just calling back. Some did not call back at all. These Norfolk movers did a great job and on time at our new destination. We were very pleased with the service.
