TL;DR: Slow. Broke my furniture. Rude owner. Hire someone else 😊 I moved with Movestream on 12/28. I was moving from a 1-bed apartment to a 1-bed apartment less than a mile away. Before they arrived I’d taken the time to move the majority of my boxes (dishes, clothes, books, etc.) to the new apartment so they’d only have furniture to move. It still took them 7 hours, they broke the leg on a piece of my furniture, and I had to put my own bed frame back together after they left.
The movers were on time, flexible with my requests. However, they were clearly inexperienced, lacked the preparation for furniture assembly, and required constant supervision. Multiple times, movers required clients help to move furniture. Issues were brought up to Nick during the move, but there wasn't any proactive approach from them to fix the problems. It is important to note that the move wasn't personally handled by Nick and Mike but contracted out to other movers.
Excuse me ? What other movers ??? The movers work for MoveStream, not another company. Also you paid for three movers 130$ an hour other companies charge 170$. You had five people there, did the movers break anything ? No. Did the movers damage your house? No.
The team was not reachable on phone or responding promptly on follow ups. They cancelled our confirmed booking last minute( previous day at 5pm) without any prior notice leaving us no option but to manage the whole move ourselves . We have an infant and the whole experience with movestream scheduling and follow ups was extremely painful.

I had a great experience with MoveStream and the team, Mike and Nick, who handled my move. Moving can be stressful, and I’ve heard plenty of horror stories, but this was not one of them. From getting a clear, fair price with no last-minute changes to consistent communication, the process was straightforward and hassle-free. Mike and Nick arrived on time, worked hard, and handled everything professionally. They didn’t try to upsell or play any games—just got the job done efficiently and with care.

MoveStream completely blew me away! Nick and Adam are absolute legends. These guys showed up with great energy and handled the whole move like total pros. They didn’t just move boxes they moved mountains. Heavy furniture, tricky angles, tight staircases — nothing slowed them down for a second. What impressed me most was how careful they were while still being lightning fast. Every single item was treated like it mattered, and they made the whole process feel effortless.
Okay so I have moved more times then I’d prefer over the years, but these are by far the best I have experienced. Quick response time, very professional, flexible and patient. We moved on the hottest day of the year and I did not exactly have my stuff tidy and ready to go, but at no extra cost, they took the time to do it for us. It was essentially hands off for my family and I.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing service I received! These movers were not only incredibly quick and efficient, but they also made the entire process feel effortless. From the moment they arrived, everything ran smoothly — no stress, no delays, just pure professionalism with a friendly touch. They handled my belongings with care, worked swiftly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a chaotic day feel surprisingly easy.
