In their own words
Company works with thieves and will GHOST YOU when you attempt to contact them about it!! The reason for the one star is for their handling of a sticky situation where my wife’s wedding ring was stolen. In other words, they ignored it. My wife had it on that morning. Put it on the dresser and came back an hour later after the movers arrived and it was gone. We didn’t want to accuse anyone of stealing it right away but we did notify them and I was assured they would help my wife look for it at the end of the move.
I called and arranged to have a piano moved. As requested, I sent pictures of the piano and described the stairs involved. When the day of moving arrived, no one showed up. I called and texted; the response I received was that he had lost his phone and all messages therein. When I asked after the move I was told that no appointment had been confirmed.

Set up a move of single massage chair. Date and time of move we confirmed as well as the fact the chair needed to be moved by a specific date as I had a remodel starting the following. 40 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive I received a text message that said they would not be able to move it on the given date or they would need to come late in the evening as they still had 3-4 hours left on their current job.
Hey Brandon, we sincerely apologize about the extension of our scheduling with you. We offered to complete the job the same day as requested just at a later time as we cannot with 100% accuracy determine the length of moves.

We used Movin' for our last move. We had a few oversized items that we also needed help moving. They were prompt, professional, and worked quickly. Overall, I was very impressed - No damage to walls or furniture. Would recommend and use them again!

His team was highly professional and responsive; they swiftly made a second pickup and delivery after we determined an incorrectly sized mattress had been ordered. They were the most helpful guys ever. I requested a quote & not even 5 minutes later they messaged me. They're so kind. Their teamwork is the real star! Showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I definitely left a tip. I will recommend to all my loved ones. It is a fair price.

Wow! I feel very fortunate to have found “movin” I needed a big piece of furniture picked up and delivered to my house locally. I needed it done quickly and due to the value of the piece I wanted it done professionally. I was able to schedule quickly with movin and the customer service I received from start to finish was amazing. I was taken care of by 2 friendly helpful guys who went out of their way to ensure they put the piece of furniture where I wanted it.
