If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not someone who writes reviews — in fact, I never have — but this was the single worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to share it in hopes that someone in upper management or ownership will contact us. We hired this company for a full pack-and-move and were quoted around $4,000 with clear expectations: full packing, labeled boxes, proper materials, and a professional move.
**UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY - CANCELED 15 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL!** I scheduled a move with this company for February 25, paying a $50 deposit. They claimed to be better than All My Sons, and I set the appointment a week in advance for an estimate of $780. On the day of the move, my house was packed and ready, and I received a call from a 400 area code at 8:45 a.m. The caller asked if we could reschedule because the coordinator was out sick.
The guys at the moving company were nice but they put everything in nonsensical places. I would like to also say that they took on a job that they needed more people for and they didn't have enough people to complete this job of moving multiple units in one day. I am disabled and couldn't pack ahead of time. They put my stuff just thrown in boxes and then emptied the boxes like onto the ground. My new home was a disaster and I couldn't get through with any of my mobility aids.

Dishes weren't packed properly during a pack and move. I opened my kitchen boxes and my dishes were shattered.. I didn't get my money's worth using this company 1/10
HORRIBLE! Damaged furniture and no accountability. They may be bonded and insured but took no responsibility for what they damaged.

They were respectful, professional, fast, and handled all of our belongings with a lot of care. They stayed flexible throughout the move and made a stressful day feel smooth and organized. Just had Kanyon, Matt, Bobby & DeAnthony do a move for us and everything was great. Communication from initial contact was prompt. They came out and gave us a quote based on timing and items and the team was spot on their projected quote. The guys were great & made it an enjoyable day- they made it way less stressful than it could’ve been. They were quick, wrapped everything with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Moving Ahead Services! After another moving company completely bailed on me the day of my move, I was honestly stressed and unsure of what I was going to do. Maury and Chris helped my wife and me move on July 21 and were awesome!! Complete professionals who took great care of our items by wrapping them up in cloths/blankets. We did a walk through in the beginning where I pointed out what we were having them take and they got right to work. The truck was arranged very well so I didn't have to worry about anything falling over in it despite the beginning of our new neighborhood having a huge hill.
