I had a great experience with The Moving Company and would 110% recommend them. Communication before the move was excellent. They took the time to understand what I had, my needs, and the timing, and were very flexible even with short notice. The clear fee breakdown, reasonable reservation fee, and maximum price upfront also made me feel really comfortable. No surprise or hidden fees. The movers were extremely punctual, friendly, efficient, and worked really well together.
Amazing! So happy with the service, booked last minute because a friend offered me this beautiful china cabinet for free but it's huge heavy and can't be disassembled... So I got a bunch of quotes and went with moving co because they were incredibly responsive and professional and gave me a great rate since it was mid month. The actual experience was a breeze, the movers Alan and Nestor were both super nice and friendly and were perfectly on time and super skilled.

"We had a few hiccups during our move, but the way the company handled them was exceptional. The movers themselves were professional, nice, and completely transparent throughout the day. We did experience some delays, and unfortunately, a suitcase was damaged in transit. However, they immediately did their best to rectify the issues. They voluntarily removed 30 minutes from our total invoice to make up for the delay and fully reimbursed the cost of the damaged suitcase.
