DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!! We went with this company to save some money but should have just paid the extra money that other moving companies were charging us. Everything seemed to be fine, movers were doing good and they got done moving us fairly quickly. When it was time to pay them, they tried to over charge me by an hour which I had to correct them on. Then they charged us $200 for “moving a heavy item” this was not mentioned at all until the movers were done moving it.

The 2 stars is because the move was done for a very fair price. The missing 3 stars is for carelessness with my belongings, and for very poor customer service and blatant rudeness of one of the movers for no reason at all... at no point did he even try to pretend that he cared about doing a good job. He and his colleague were over an hour late with explanation or apology, they damaged my bed frame with no apology, and one of them was generally rude throughout most of the process.

Moving Done Wrong. Don't buy the insurance it pays 60 cents per pound. The movers broke my new shark vacuum and gouged a hole in the side of my dresser. A $150 brand new vacuum broken. I did not have insurance that would have paid me $6 for my vaccuum. The movers picked it up by the handle. They broke the locking mechanism by mishandling. I called Moving done right immediately. The manager told me that they did not move my stuff.

I'm very disappointed, waisted of my whole day , from 12 pm to 7 pm , they did not call me, I called 10 times , the worthiest moving company I know , still did not show up 😡 …

This could have and should have been a five star review. The job was simple, but a bit out of the ordinary. We were having carpet redone and the carpet company refused to move our Sleep Number bed. We hired this company to simply take a king size sleep number bed apart and move it down a flight of steps, then return two days later and bring it back upstairs and put it together. They had a reasonable, flat rate bid, so we engaged them for the job. The first part went great.

Terrible, don't hire! Paid for 2 movers for 2 hours. Took 3 w/ job not complete. Got a gentleman that could not physically do stairs. Knowing there were going to be multiple stairs with move out and the move in. Extremely slow move. One gentleman doing 80% of the work by himself. Said gentleman says when I mention something about it, "it's always this way, he never carries his weight". When I scheduled the move, I gave the owner the exact big pieces and amount of stuff.

I got a quote over the phone. I told one of the owners everything I had to move. I only had furniture to move. It shouldn’t have taken more than 2 hours because I moved everything else myself. The two that moved my furniture acted like they had never moved anything heavy in their life. They wanted $150 extra to move my refrigerator and I declined saying I had already gotten a quote for everything.

TLDR: These guys are not worth your time, Use task rabbit if you're a local move and get some reliable guys if having a hard time with other moving companies. This "company" apparently doesn't even know about the moving insurance and confirmation emails that provides clear information about the move and agreed upon rates, they are laughable..end of story. This review is strictly about the CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFESSIONIALISM shown when trying to schedule movers through the provided number on the official website.
