Rhino Brothers Moving LLC

We've moved to six different states, so we've had many different experiences with movers. But this was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had. I hardly know where to begin with this company. • First, they gave us an estimate about how many trucks it would take to move us. They missed this estimate by a lot. • Second, they day they came to pack us up, they arrived 8 hours late. We didn't pick the original pack-up time, they did.

I read reviews and spoke to the owner and was excited about my up coming move. Carlos informed me that I would receive a message to confirm date and time and whether I needed 2 or 3 movers for the job. And I spent about 20 minutes giving him the inventory of my home. After almost a week I hadn't heard a thing so I called the number back. "Let me check", was the response and 10 minutes later I got a text to confirm. That was a Friday. My move was on a Sunday.

It is 11:04pm and I am finally sitting down for my 1st and only meal of the day, why? That's a great question. The miscommunication of the Rhino Brothers office staff created a moving nightmare. I gave them 2 stars because the actual movers were hard working, they stayed positive and they really tried to make the best of a not so great situation. Their office staff and leadership set them up for a much longer and harder day then they expected.

We were set to move to a new place in Denver (from somewhere else in Denver) on a Saturday in May. At the end of our 3 hour window on the designated day, I got a call telling me they couldn’t make it that day and would have to push to Sunday. Luckily, we were able to accommodate this last minute change. The head of the moving team seemed to know what he was doing okay, but the 3 other guys were slow.

Worst moving company ever. The my stole and broke several items. I received promises to make it right and now there is no communication. The worst stay away.

DO NOT USE THEM-OWNERS/OFFICE STAFF are awful! For multiple reasons! My notes in summary (and copied from conversations with the owners). -they don’t even own their own moving trucks-they were rented via U-haul. -they are incredibly unprofessional (handling business phone calls at 10pm at night and were harassing) dishonest (lying to other professionals on my character and lying blatantly about conversations with my spouse, falsely reporting invoices totals & discounts) manipulating.

Extremely frustrating experience for a variety of reasons. We moved from Colorado to Pennsylvania. -We got a call the day of the move that we had too much stuff despite the fact that they came through our house and made it seem like the move was easy. That and we hired them to pack so they were there the day before too. It ended up causing significant stress because we were already in Pennsylvania by that point. It forced us to sell more items that we wanted to keep.

This was the worst moving experience of my life. The owner Carlos Porano is a complete liar and doesn't care about your items. He told me 3 different prices before the move so that should have been a red flag. The only thing the movers had to do was load a 28' trailer for a long distance move. The freight company would pick up the trailer and transport to my new destination. Carlos said that his men knew how to load of of these trucks.
