This was the worst experience!! Movers showed up and parked the van blocking the neighbor's driveway. When my husband asked them to just park in front of our house, the driver threw a huge fit and said he wasn't going to move the truck and that they would just leave. The other two men agreed to drop the grumpy guy off and come back.

They destroyed my $1100 dresser and sliced the back of my $800 couch. I made multiple attempts to get the to right the wrong. He offered $120 for everything. We have been advised by an attorney to go to small claims court. We had to file because the owner blocked me when I said I'd leave reviews everywhere I could. If this would let me post the pictures, which it wont, but you'd stay far away from this company or youll probably be in small claims court too.

So i called this company to move one large item. I got a answering machine. Three days went by, I called again and got who I thought was the owner. I asked why he hadn't called back and he had excuses. I had to prompt him to ask me for my name and to set up an appointment. So we decided on a Wednesday at 9am. At 936 I began to call, because I had taken off work and had a small window. Upon arrival I asked the lead guy if he was going to offer some sort of discount for being so late.

The guys were very polite and respectful. They moved my things in a timely manner. But didn't take very good care for my belongings. Washer and dryer were scratched and dented. When they picked up the washer and dryer with the dolly they held them on the dolly by the cord and drain hose. When they set the washer or dryer down the used the cord and drain hose to let them down with. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone I know.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was given a window of 12-3 for my move. They pushed it back to 3. Then at 4:10 the driver called and said he was 28min away. I called him back 30 min later as he had not arrived and he said it would …
The truth of the matter is the 12-3 window is an estimated time of arrival. You called last minute so we put you down as the third move of the day. You told us when you booked, that it was a 30 minute move. It wasn’t. It was closer to 3 hours.

We used Moving Guys For Rent for a local move in Bossier City and the experience was excellent. Pat was extremely professional and clearly very experienced. He made sure everything was wrapped properly and handled with care, especially the heavier furniture. The team worked steadily and kept everything organized which made the move go much faster than expected. It is not easy finding movers you can trust but these guys did a fantastic job. I would definitely call Moving Guys For Rent again in the future.

We needed help with both packing and moving and decided to go with Moving Guys For Rent. From the beginning, David was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and stayed organized throughout the entire process. Melvin and the team worked quickly but still took their time with fragile items and larger furniture. Everything was delivered safely and placed exactly where we needed it.
The guys were great! They called to let me know they were just a few minutes behind, which was perfectly fine. They handled our large and heavy furniture with care and made sure to not scratch any floors, and even alerted us of the furniture missing pegs/feet that could scratch the floors in the future if we moved anything. The two guys were super polite and I would definitely use them again.
