Don’t let these 5 stars fool you! They packed up a truck with my belongings. When it arrived my furniture was destroyed, they covered what they wanted to cover. My TVs were shattered even though I purchased tv boxes they did not use them. I purchased moving blankets and they only used 4 out of a 100. When I called with my complaint they blamed everything on the truck driver. Well the truck driver did not pack the truck. So not only am I disappointed that my furniture is destroyed and TVs broken.
I would give this company less than zero if it was an option. On April 4, 2025, sitting with all my belongings packed inboxes and waiting, this company called the day of to cancel my move. They did recommend another company. That, and an apology, are the only compensation or help they offered without consideration of extra costs, not to mention worry and stress, this might likely cause a potential client ON moving day. A move is not like meeting someone for coffee, “oh no worries, I’ll schedule for another time”.

We contacted Moving Masters to assist with our move from Birmingham to Atlanta. They gave us a same-day quote and were very responsive to our questions about the job. They were very flexible working with us as we also had a full storage unit at another location that needed to be cleared out as well. After choosing to work with them, we received multiple check-ins from Zach to see how our packing was going and to keep us reminded when they would arrive for the move.

Moving Master provided my household excellent service regarding my move on Friday June 26th. I was highly recommended by The Hudson who spoke highly of Moving Master and so I thought I would give them a try. These guys are awesome, efficient, kind, patient, professional, trustworthy, and most of all careful/respectful with your items and your home. We hired them for a move back in March 2025 and we were very nervous because our hard wood floors had just been freshly refinished days before our move, and we had already painted all the walls. I was so impressed in their planning and teamwork.
