DON'T BOOK THIS SERVICE. NEVER. The reason for this rating is for the lack of Commitment and false information that they provided when I used them for my recent move. The representative confirmed me a rate of 140$ per hour and minimum of 2 hrs so total 280. The movers came, shifted my stuff and at the end to my surprise they added an additional charge of 65$ in the name of fuel/transport etc.

This was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. The company lost a piece of furniture valued at $590 and only offered $100 in compensation, which is unacceptable. In addition, my daughter’s vanity was returned damaged, with six light bulbs not working. The lack of accountability and care shown throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Moving companies should provide peace of mind, but this one caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I cannot recommend their services.
I don’t usually post reviews. I’ll break it down into two points. The movers did a good job and were able to move all of my items. They were helpful in this regard. As for communication and billing, this is where I have problems. Numerous times on the initial call it was mentioned we do not start the clock until you sign the IPad. I mentioned this twice again when they arrived and set my own stopwatch. Then at the end of the day, they mentioned they started as soon as they drove up to the house.
I would not use this company ever again and will tell everyone to stay clear I was given a price and was told the first month was free when they stored my belongings after 2 weeks I got a bill for the first month not what I was told. When …

Moving to West New York can be tricky with parking and building access, but Moving of America handled it like professionals. Jose, Alex, Leo, and Humberto stayed organized and kept things moving at a good pace. Lisa and Rolando from the office were helpful and quick to respond. Everything arrived safely, which is what matters most.
