ZERO STARS!!!Do not use this company! This is a form of bait & switch where the quoted price is so inflated and if you don't pay, they hold your items "hostage" in the truck. Move quoted 7/28/25 for $2,993.00 and ended up paying $7,018.64. Truck was loaded late Sat. 9/13/25 and informed that $4475.64 due when delivered. Cash or money order. Banks & post offices closed so 3 trips to Walmart for Western Union money orders (same as what post office uses). Sun.

This company is a scam. They took my $1,750 deposit, never showed up, and completely stopped responding. I ended up having to do the move myself under a tremendous amount of stress, and because of the delay I even lost my international flight tickets, costing me well over $1,000 in additional expenses. I should have recognized that their below-market pricing was a red flag. They’re cheap for a reason—they appear to overbook jobs and then simply fail to show up.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY — BEWARE I booked Top Moving Solutions for an out-of-state move based on the estimate they provided to me. When the movers actually showed up, I was told that the price was going to be more than $10,000 higher than my original estimate. At that point, I was put in an impossible situation. They told me they would only accept cash or Zelle.

Worst experience ever when it comes to moving I paid $4k to Moving solutions whom sold out contract to EZ MoveIt to move us from California to Kentucky and w when they came out to load the truck they showed up in a U-Haul truck and charged us another 4k or they would not load the truck as they literally hired 2 men from Home Depot to load the truck. The guy from the company took a third inventory of our items and tried to charge us more as his cubic footage pre-assessment changed.

DO NOT USE. Complete lack of communication and terrible business practices. My long-distance move was scheduled for Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. I waited the entire window, called multiple times with zero response, and by 12:30 p.m. was forced to make alternative arrangements and move myself because I had a strict timeline to vacate. ​Their driver finally called me at 5:15 p.m.—over five hours late—claiming he was still an hour and a half away and wanted to take a picture of the location.

Talking to the sales people, they seemed very helpful and gave us a quote that seemed great. Come moving day, my price was jacked up way higher than estimated. The movers did a good but trying to contact customer service during the move and after was a nightmare. I needed a receipt from the move and it took them months to send it. I left many voicemails and the finally called me back 6 month later to ask if i had receive it. They are only worried about making the sale, not providing good customer service.
