In their own words
Horrible experience. They showed up 2 hours early only to start packing for me, which I did not want. Conveniently, my wedding ring and 4 pairs of earrings went missing. They denied everything. If you use them and they show up early tell them to wait and pack all valuables yourself.
Hired this company to move my studio to a new apartment 7 blocks up north. I got what I paid for. The only bulky items were the queen sized bed (with metal bed frame that has been dismantled by me and packaged) and several Home depot extra large boxes. Everything has been properly packed and ready to go when the mover showed up. I was quoted for minimum 3 hours with 3 men for $360. The move was from a 2 flights walk up to a building with elevator.
At first, everything was fine. My wife and I packed everything and moved at least 60+% of all our items down 2 flights of stairs without help. When they showed up they immediately started moving things. Well, they dragged, slid and pushed …

Igor was communicative and friendly when organizing my move, which immediately put me at ease. His team was affordable, showed up on time (early, actually!) and was very efficient. A great experience and I'd absolutely recommend them!

Moving Your Way is the best of the best! I had reached out to 6 companies with strong reviews and Moving Your Way had the lowest quote. This was my second move with Igor’s team, and they were very responsive, on time, diligent, and careful. I’m 7 months pregnant, so we had them do a full service move where they packed everything in our 1 bedroom and moved us out of a 4th floor walkup to a new building, reconstructed our furniture, etc, and my husband and I agreed it was the best money we ever spent.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We truly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear that you were satisfied with our services. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we are grateful for the … More
Highly recommend. Moving your way is very accommodating as my moving date switched quite a bit. I also almost needed a storage unit at one point during the move and they were happy to help with that. Also, great price.
Hi Max! We were happy to help! Moving can be so stressful, but there’s often something we can do to make it less stressful. Thanks so much for sharing your positive experience! … More
Igor’s crew was extremely professional and highly efficient. They even managed to take a big desk that didn’t fit in the elevator down the stairs and back UP the stairs at the new place. They took incredible care of all of the valuables (paintings, TV, desktop computer, monitors, etc) by wrapping them with moving blankets and packing tape. On top of that the pricing was the best we received out of several other companies we got quotes from and the movers came in just under our time estimate.
