⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience I wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. First, the furniture was poorly wrapped, resulting in scratches and damage. The team left Ottawa at 2:30 PM and only reached Montreal at 10 PM — a trip that should’ve taken a fraction of that time. The delay was apparently due to truck issues, but no one communicated clearly or apologized.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spoke with someone at this company about a week ago, told them I might be moving and wanted a quote. Which they promptly provided. After receiving the quote I received about 3 text messages per day and multiple calls. When I finally had enough of their solicitations and became upset at the fact that my requests to have my information removed was not taken seriously, the owner began to call me “buddy” and was saying I don’t know how automations work and insinuated that I wasn’t a smart…
What a disaster move. They arrived with a rusted old truck. Once packed and ready to move, the we’re not able to close the door and took 60 minutes to hammer the door shut. Once they arrived to the new house, the were not prepared to move furniture to the basement. Walls, my daughter brand new furniture was broken and broke 2 light fixtures. At one point, they just left furniture in the entrance and never moved it to the correct rooms. Furniture was dragged along wood floors, and they had no respect for our stuff.
$800 SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS We hired them to pack our belongings for an international move. They left hundreds of dollars of glassware rolling around in the bottom of boxes with no padding, suggested we pay cash so we would save on taxes but then said they couldn't provide an invoice, and when we called and wrote to the company to complain, the owner said he had no record of our booking and then never replied when we sent him proof.
I don't recommend this company. It is a cheap and bad service company. They broke one of my furniture and some plastic boxes. When I complained to the employee about the broken my things, He said: Is the furniture from IKEA? IKEA furniture is garbage. it always breaks, that's what he said to me. He never said he was sorry for my broken stuff. He just kept saying his excuses and blaming my furniture. If you want to move your furniture safely. do not use this company.

Great company. My first movers needed to cancel on me 12 hours prior to my move. I was able to get connected with mtl moving very quickly by a referral from another moving company. The communication was easy, and actually cheaper than my first movers. I had set a side a few things that I was going to move myself and they took them anyway because they genuinely wanted to do an awesome job! The guys were nice and were familiar with the buildings as well, they did such a fast job too.

I had a great experience with this company! They were super fast and booked me in within days, the move took less than two hours. Errol and Alexi were kind, quick, and easy to work with. The price was exactly as quoted and overall it was a seamless experience. I would recommend!
