Transport EZ / Harmony Movers

DO NOT use this service! While the movers themselves were friendly and professional, my entire experience dealing with the management was awful. I did 2 moves and storage with this company. During the first move, they left a 7 foot scratch on my dark hardwood floor. Refused to take responsibility for it. After much back and forth, only offered me a $50 discount on the 2nd move.

I strongly advise against using this company. We had several problems with them, including damaged furniture (for which they refused to pay for repairs), their refusal to move certain items (which we had to move ourselves on very short notice; this incident could have been avoided if the call center agents had asked the right questions when making the reservations), and an excessively long moving time (only two movers showed up when three were supposed to be there).

Horrible experience. First they didnt confirm with me the day before so i call the day of and the receptionist argued that she did send "everyone" the confirmation. 2nd they argued with me about the fit (which i knew it fit and it did) and they were rude about it. Then only take in the couch 2 meters in after the doorway all wrap and not assembled and Not even to my living room. I payed 105$ delivery for the worst service. I do not recommend.

This story will convince you not to do business with them: A year ago, I used their services. Their employee admitted that it was taking an unusually long time considering what I had to move and that I should complain. I did, but it didn't change anything. This year, I decided to see how things would go with them again. Even though I moved closer, to a lower floor, and worked throughout the entire move, it took the same amount of time.

I hired this company to move my furniture from my location to their storage facility, and from there to my new property. It was a horrific experience. The 2 guys they sent did not have enough boxes and absolutely gas no paper to wrap, fragile items. They threw things in boxes, took plants and food which I told them not to take, and left behind things they were supposed to take.

Poor service, try to blame it on you if anything happens. We were supposed to get four people but they called the day before to let us know they have people that called in sick so they could only send two till noon. Scratch the tiles in the kitchen and tried to blame it on us. They are the movers we are not supposed to be telling them check underneath the appliances before you push it on the floor.

Used this company last year, they were on time and everything arrived in good condition. This year DIFFERENT team...arrived over one hour and 45 minutes late. Chipped a large glass desk top , for which they are not covered (it's in contract) some of the wooden furniture have nics. Even the one box of canned goods , some of the cans were dented. I guess FRAGILE is not clear in any language as they also busted small kerosene oil cartridge box. Verrrry disapointed, specially since last year was a breeze.

Company that doesn't give a damn about its employees. I strongly advise anyone not to call this pathetic company, and 70% of their employees don't know how to move. They say everything is insurable, but when something breaks, nothing is insurable. Too expensive for such lousy service. I advise everyone to call another company whose sole objective is not to fill their pockets, but to respect their commitments to their customers and their employees.
