I have to add to my original post, because I just saw they attacked my review which was based on my real moving experience with them in 2022. To save their face, they made up that I am from other competitive moving company and just left the review to damage their reputation. I can't believe how ridiculous they are! I didn't use my regular personal email just to protect my privacy. Common Sense! And that's why it's after months that I just found their attacking responds. (I don't check this email often).

I just used their service today, I’m moved from a elevator building to another, studio for both side, bed, electric piano, some shelf(I can move by my self) around 10 box with clothes and some extra small stuff, they spend 7 hour to move it. This is a picture I took when they just start to move in to my apartment. Totally unprofessional. Only After I complained to the customer service, they stop counting the time and charged me for 500+tip. It was a waste of money and time in my end.
I hired MTO twice, with diametrically opposite feelings. Last year for my move in NJ everything was as smooth as could be. The movers wrapped up the move well within 3 hours, and that was including a 20 minute drive. I was so impressed and …

Meitong Moving Company is the most satisfactory moving company I've ever encountered. From the first phone call with Michael, the company's manager, I decided to use Meitong for my move because they patiently and meticulously explained every problem and idea I might have as a customer. They also prepared the necessary building insurance documents for their clients. On moving day, the movers' professionalism, speed, and efficiency exceeded my expectations.
They literally Tetris-ed our entire life into one truck 😂. Moving from a 7 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom apartment was no small task, but the MTO team made it feel so much easier. We had A LOT of stuff….downsizing was complicated, and everything was pretty random and messy. The two movers handled everything with incredible patience, care, and professionalism. It was also a really hot day with poor air quality, so we truly appreciated how hard they worked.
