This place is abosulute garbage. I would not let these people touch my furniture. I picked up a load from the warehouse and it was covered in fresh mold. All items were sitting out inside of the warehouse. The warehouse men were absolutely rude and unprofessional. FRANK BAKER is the man behind this operation and should be terminated from this business. As soon as I stepped foot in the warehouse it smells horrid of mold. I would stay clear from dealing with these clowns.
Did not use booties on shoes. Damaged furniture Lied said they were mayflower 3.men in pense truck said they were mayflower it was 3 men in a Pedersen truck Said they were mayflower. I ask specifically they said. Mayflower I called corporate. I was not in system.

They were communicative, punctual, and efficient at every opportunity. The office staff was wonderful. They first arranged an agent to visit with us and evaluate our needs, make suggestions and provide a written quote with a timeline of pick up, transport and delivery agreeable to fit our needs. Murray staff also provided sufficient wardrobe containers that we required. The Mayflower truck driver arranged and oversaw the packing crew, ensuring that each packed box/item was catalogued and properly protected before being placed on the truck.

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company, especially the unpacking team. Marcus handled the packing, Demond took care of the loading, and Simon led the delivery and unpacking. They were professional, efficient, and treated every item in my home with care and respect. What really stood out was how they didn’t just unload boxes they took the time to unpack, organize, and set everything up, making the transition into my new home so much easier.

We had an interstate move and our United Van Lines vendor in the state we moved from works with Murray Transfer and Storage. Therefore, we paid our original vendor in the state of origin so we are unsure of pricing and cannot share that information in the form below. Our items had been crated by United Van Lines and transferred to Murray Transfer and Storage once in NC. Simon and Calron of Murray Transfer and Storage were great with the move.
