I used Muscle mover as they claimed to be expert piano movers. After the 2 mover finished and I gave them a good tip, I notice numerous things were wrong. The put together my double sided desk wrong, my antique roll top desk was put together backwards, my glass beveled kitchen dining room table was upside down, my 2 king size mattress were put together with the wrong bases. When I return to my prior residence I noticed many scratches in my hardwood floors, numerous chips in the walls and molding.
It was great speaking with you! We are looking forward to working this out once you get back from out of town. Our goal is to provide top-notch service on every move. In the rare case that doesn't happen we do everything we can to make it right. Talk soon.
Expecting delivery Sunday. Never showed up till after midnight drivers had no idea where they were and didn't care worst experience I have ever had do not use for long distance moving
When this piano was booked it was made very clear that the only way we could do it on this busy day with such short notice and a very discounted price was if the pick up and drop off time was completely flexible.
Easy move, but the staff was not very professional. One of them, within minutes of entering my home, sat down and started hitting keys on my piano without asking permission to touch it. Another member of my crew later started playing with my intercom without asking. The experience just wasn't very professional. Then, at the invoice signing, I was overbilled for our hours and had to correct them. Oh, and they charged $200 for a large TV box. Just not the level of professionalism that I want from my movers.

Nightmare experience. You know those fears you have that the movers will show up unprepared and then proceed to treat your belongings like garbage? That's what happened. I used Muscle Man several times before this move and was happy with my experience. This time, a 3 hour move turned into a 6+ move and I did 20% of the work. Paid for one guy to hang out with friends and eat dinner. It was terrible but I actually feel bad for the guys too. They worked 14+ hours with little or no break.
Having had the worst experience. So much time and money waisted. Huge lack of communication on completing jobs, I waited over an hour in the hour time frame they gave us. They didn’t put our refrigerator in the only spot a refrigerator goes. Upon being scheduled for that day and hours of waiting no one could make it out cause there was a UC game. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

I was moving out of my unit and all I could hear was profanity from the 4 gentleman one isle over. The conversation they were having about the other ladies on the property were disgusting! They also left garage outside the facility as well as inside. Other people had to clean up after these guys!!!!! I would not recommend this moving company if they treat storage facilities this way.
Hi Jacilyn, I immediately contacted my crew that was out because we do not tolerate this type of behavior and they informed me that 2 other moving companies were at the same storage at the same time.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this moving company! They moved us from a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment into our new home and even made a stop at a storage unit along the way. We had several very heavy and delicate items, including a piano, and the team handled everything with incredible care and professionalism. Our new house had just been freshly painted, and they were extremely careful with the walls and doorways.
