In their own words
Horrible movers and interstate moving experience. The movers caused about $3000 worth of damages to irreplaceable mid-century modern furniture-Eames chair broken in half, Milo Baughman table leg broken off, 70s chrome suede sofa ripped, plaster sculpture shattered, and I could go on. (I don’t have all of the photos.) It’s a major regret that we trusted these guys. Also the insurance company they use to file a claim for damages is a complete scam—no company representation, fake website, stock photos.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want all of your expensive furniture scratched and broken. Multiple pieces of expensive furniture were completely ruined and their insurance refuses to pay to replace them (complete scam insurance company). I've used this company in the past without issue, but they seem to have fallen off over the years. If you value your belongings, find another moving company.

Jose and makiah were careless with my belongings and broke an expensive, non-repairable quartz slab I had and knocked the exit signs from my storage unit hallway. 10/10 DON’T recommend. Can’t believe I actually tipped them…
The movers themselves were awesome The office is horrible. They charge you for many things that they don’t tell you at the beginning when you book.
Hi Sean, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the moving crew provided great service, but we're sorry to learn about your experience with our office and billing. We saw your other review as well, and we'd really like the opportunity to get this resolved for you.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I am so happy we hired this company for my son’s move from Arizona to Milwaukee. I received my estimate from Chris, who was very informative, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. I feel that the person who initially answers the phone can make or break your decision. Carlos was our coordinator and he was very informative friendly and kept us in the loop for the whole move.
They took great care with all of my belongings, including several fragile items that arrived without a scratch. The communication leading up to the move was clear and timely, and I especially appreciated the virtual estimate process—it made planning so much easier. On moving day, the crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.
I had a very complicated move from AZ to NV. I also had 2 storages in NV that I asked Muscular Moving Men if they would be interested in staying overnight in a hotel and emptying my storages in NV the following day. I was so grateful that they helped me from the beginning to the very end and Carlos Andaya, the driver and his partner were absolutely gems of souls. I personally found Muscular Moving Men thru a call I made to NV Red Carpet moving company.
I recently moved to Florida and I had a wonderful experience with Musuclar Moving Men. My contact person was Yesenia Arrieta and she was So.. gracious, kind, helpful and competent. I was given her cell number and I was able to reach her as needed. She answered her phone and there was no wait or put off. She was available and knowledgeable. In my opinion everyone can make a mistake, but it is when people work hard to correct the mistake, that is what is important.
