My 3 Sons Moving - London

I’m STILL moving furniture they left!!!!! I hardly ever write reviews. But this whole experience was ridiculous. We hired the company for 4 hours to move furniture from one location to 2 separate locations a residential house and a commercial office. We had all furniture tagged for “house” or “office”. Explained what we needed done to the guys who came to move everything. Everything started off great and within 45 minutes my price had doubled.

I used them two years ago and was wonderful, but today was God awful and miserable! They showed up late, left half my stuff for me to move by UHaul, then one of the main people called me to talk about the 1100.00 dollar bill. The rate I was quoted per hour was 100.00 dollars, the actual rate today was 170.00 dollars per hour and according to the front office there was supposedly more items than what was “inventoried” yet the five witnesses I had there said the mover had those items on the list!

I am missing furniture and boxes. They were going to move me one day but said they couldn't get to the storage unit. They had the code to the gate and should have gone by the office to get keys for storage unit. Movers said no one was in the office but the manager of the units said she watched them sit for about 2 hrs. They ended up moving us the next day in the rain. I was over charged. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. i don't want to give them one star.

I had to pay two times because the movers forgot my washer and dryer and I will never use this service again. I asked them to reimburse me for moving the washer and dryer because it was their mistake. I was not present at the move and the washer and dryer were left behind.. they were very rude when I asked them to reimburse me. Completely dissatisfied

We used this company for our across state move. We had Martin come to our house to do a estimate for our move. He told us that we would only need one truck and would still have room for a bedroom suite. We were told that there was plenty of room. When the actual movers showed up to move our belongings. They began saying we might not have room for it all. Long story made short, They had to leave a third of our belongings behind. The movers told us that this happens with Martin a lot. He underestimated our move.

DECEPTIVE Practices and ABUSIVE Conduct! My experience with 3 Sons Moving was extremely NEGATIVE and raises serious concerns about how this company operates. They promote a $174 rate for two movers, then arrive with additional movers and increase the cost WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!! . Afterward, they rely on loosely written contract language and frame it as being “for company convenience.” This is not convenience—it is misleading billing.

We paid over $5000 to move two trucks three hours. They damaged a lot of our stuff - scratches on expensive wood bedroom furniture , broken glass top on side table, broken leg on daughters jewelry organizer, lost the bolts and screws to reattach our mirrors to dressers, etc. They unloaded one of the two trucks after midnight into a storage building- took me two days to clean up their randomly tossed in mess.

TOTAL RIP OFF!! The price they quoted me was $450 but when my few things were loaded onto the very large truck the price doubled! I hired the truck to come out of the town I was located in but they ended up deciding they would send a truck that was 45 minutes to an hour away. They had a 30 days notice to plan all of this. They moved very slowly since it was an hourly charge of $100 an hour, which obviously was not correct either, it was doubled the quote.
