We contracted them to move a piano. It was a harrowing and unprofessional move. There were external circumstances - navigating an estate sale and light rain - but I don't have any confidence in their skills. They transported the piano upside down with the wheels in the air. I have never heard of anyone else doing this. With the entire weight of the piano in the lid, the hinge and one side was damaged.
We told her it was raining hard outside the piano was old from an estate sale You cannot move a piano upside dowm it had nicks and dents allready she knew that it's funny she looked it over before we left her house … More
The Main guy was EXTREMELY rude. He talked mean and like he hates me from the very start. They wouldn't take half my things because they rented a UHaul that was the smallest they could get. We got into a huge dispute and I asked him if I'm the customer why is he slamming things on my glass? He said "I have things worth thousands of dollars at my house, nice things". I said I liked my things and I'm asking him not to break it. They left the drawers to dressers and the pads for my recliner arms.

My sister called to ask on moving, and they said they could move the next day, but when she needed to confirm with my me cause Im her ride to places, and the person on the phone hung up on her. Her last name was Smith, I double checked the number she called.
Must be the wrong company She never called us
I just called for a quote to have my appliances moved and the man who answered was extremely rude, said my job was too small and basically a waste of his time and hung up on me. I would not recommend even wasting your time calling for a quote.
She got mad at us because we do not move two appliance We are a moving company not a delivery service she was rude. I could of referred her to a small company but her attitude i did not want them to give her a free service.

Great customer service. These men treated my furniture and home like it was their own. Very carefully wrapped furniture and took care not to ding/scratch walls and door jambs. Thanks to Ben, Will and Jeremy.

Ben and Carloes were AMAZING! Cannot recommend these guys enough. We hired them last minute when we had a rough move out. We realized we wouldn't be able to handle moving in on our own, but we wouldn't be in Lansing until 7pm. My husband called when we were two hours away from Lansing and Ben was incredibly accommodating, working late just for us. We called when we arrived and Ben and Carloes were there in 10 minutes! They were so friendly and kind and unloaded our UHaul in half an hour.

These guys were fantastic! They did the job efficiently and quickly and were very respectful of our things. Their rates were very good and as they promised, they were there and gone in the timeframe they quoted. Amazing gentlemen, we would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
