The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but Santos and his team made it feel effortless. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and treated every one of our belongings with exceptional care. They handled everything as if it were their own, and nothing was damaged during the move. The crew worked efficiently, communicated well throughout the day, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish. Their attention to detail and respect for our home and belongings truly stood out.
THANK YOU FOR A FANTASTIC JOB! We recently moved from our home in Gaithersburg to a smaller home in Frederick, MD. When planning for the move we “recalled our last move” which was the worst case of customer service that I have seen. That move was scheduled for 9:00 AM and the movers showed up at 4:00 PM, when almost complete, we were told that we needed to pay the balance plus time that they took to eat dinner in route, finishing up at 1:00 AM with small items missing.
Craig, What a great recommendation! Thank you so much for taking the time to write about how you move went. Let us know if can ever help again.
This is an amazing crew of guys that we had help us move! From start to finish the experience was the best we ever encountered with movers. They arrived on time, were kind, professional, and fast. We moved from a fourth floor apartment with no elevator to a new townhome with tight corners on the stairs, but this crew got it done! No damage to the walls or furniture! And did I mention how fast they got it done! If you ever choose MG for your movers, make sure you request this crew because they are the best!
The movers themselves are fast and effective. But, the admin team needs to work on consistency. I was called daily for 3 days leading up to the moving date, and we had confirmed the time several times. Despite that, the movers wanted to initially come 4 hrs early and then ended up being 1.5 hrs late. This mattered due to us having a building where we booked the loading dock, and was frustrating since we’d confirmed the time several times. Overall, though, a responsive group and very nice movers.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
