I have an update- I would give them a zero star. I contacted the owners and communicated what happened, they ghosted me after I described the situation. I have also found that the 11 power tools were not delivered to my house. I have gone through 90% of the boxes and cannot find them. They are not in the garage. I did find my tennis racket in the rakes and hand tools though. 😑 i also found they damaged furniture and the railing cap to my stairs.

The movers damaged my items and tried to put it in a area where I wouldn’t notice. Someone during the move seen the movers damage the items they never told me. Charged me over 2k but never told me that they damaged my furniture. These items cannot be repaired and they are not trying to replace them. I would not recommend this company. This is unprofessional on every level. The proof is in the pictures these were brand new furniture pieces with no damage before my movers touched them.
Hi Verniqua, This is Thomas we spoke earlier although I didn’t get your name then. I wasn’t on your move because it was a Northern Indiana move handled out of the Mishawaka office but I did call to talk to the manager there after our conversation.
I wish I could give a better review, because the crew was friendly, efficient, and did a decent job packing and handling most things. But we ran into issues that can’t be overlooked. Our move was from New Castle, IN to Bedford, IN. (4 bedroom house) #1 - we were quoted a crew of 4 and they sent 5 adding to our hourly rate.
We recently used My Movers for a local move from Carmel to Westfield. I found them to be very professional but under resources and slow. The initial quote was for one truck and four guys for a day. Their rates were reasonable. However, as the day unfolded, one of the guys took off and they had to call in another truck. Another crew of 2 took over during the lunch break, but they didn’t get to our new place until 5pm. And didn’t conclude the move until 9:30pm.
Hi Mr. Shortenhaus, It is always disturbing to read a negative review and I read them with sincerity so thank you. Ultimately a 3600sq ft house with many items in the basement can take many hours. Usually a horse this size is ~10hrs with 4 men. We do have fair rates and I thank you for noting that.
This was the worst experience we've had with movers . I had requested large boxes to come with the truck, none came. I called, still no boxes. The guys complained all day, refused to move large things bc they weren't in boxes. Tried to quit at noon and make a side deal where one of them had a panel truck and would come back and we could pay him. Took chunks of drywall out, marked up the walls so bad I now have to pay the buyers to paint & repair.
Hi Janem, Sorry to read your negative review. I did try to reach out to both you and your husband via email and phone calls to the numbers your provided to address your move. I am not sure how I could have helped you with these issues if I was unable to make contact.
Hot trash. My apartment was in a 100 year old building. Movers took a picture behind my back of were my dog bowl was. Yes there was a few roaches there. None anywhere else. Weirdo town! Would give zero stars if I could.
Sir please understand we cannot move cockroach infested items due to the risk of infesting our truck and the homes of our future clients. I feel for you as it wasn’t necessarily your fault but we have to refuse service when cockroaches are visible, especially in such large numbers, to protect us…
Disappointed with the experience, moving team was rude and confrontational. Management failed to resolve the incident before escalation.
You were not our customer at all. You yelled at our crew for blocking the residential road with a truck backed into a driveway when in fact they were not blocking the road and you passed by without a problem. They were loading our actual customer with whom you are completely unaffiliated.

Joe, Tony and Rizzo just finished quickly moving our 2nd floor 3 bed apartment to our new home plus my childhood piano. On time, great communication and customer service, polite, friendly, professional, fast and careful with everything for a very surprisingly affordable price. We highly recommend My Movers and will use them again in a heartbeat if we ever need to relocate again.

I hired My Movers to come and pack up all of our stuff and move us from Carmel to Noblesville. I had previously had two other moving companies come out to quote us, but when Henry showed up his a evaluation was much, much more thorough. He gave us a very fair quote and did not try to “sell us“ on the reason we should use them. He briefly explained that this was a family owned business that started in Mishawaka and him and his brother continued it here in Indianapolis.
I am so glad we called My Movers for our recent move. I called three different moving companies, and they all were around the same cost per hour, so based on how the estimate calls went, I decided to go with My Movers. Henry was friendly and easy to speak to on the phone when scheduling and then again when I had to reschedule due to a change in closing date. Levi called as they were on their way, and they showed up exactly on time. Levi, Joe and Sebastian were friendly, fast and professional.

We used My Movers for our 4 bedroom house move from Carmel to Westfield. The 4 men who came were very friendly, professional and worked well as a team. Moving is never a pleasant experience (at least not for me!) but this one ran as smoothly as I could hope for. Everything was placed carefully and in an organized way. The move took longer than was quoted, but the rate was so reasonable, it was not a negative. And they were always working - no time was wasted.
