As a single woman, I do not recommend using Ninja Movers. They sent 2 Asian guys; one was polite, the other was rude and cold. He made me feel so uncomfortable when there was an issue with the service elevator in my condo. And had the nerve to ask for a tip. A week later I clawed it back from him because I didn't feel he deserved it. And rightfully so, because after the move, I discovered a folding camp chair with footrest was stolen from my belongings!!! Utter disgrace.
They broke a lamp and the taped it back together and tried to pretend like nothing happened. When I reached out to try and resolve the issue they accused me of lying. Beware, they are clearly faking their reviews.
To be fair I haven't used them to move but requested a quote from them for a move. My problem was there was no consideration given when I told them I will need 2 movers instead of 3 - as they insisted.... It wouldn't have made much of a difference in there estimate as either way they would have charged accordingly to actually hours worked. So my point is they could have accommodated a 2 man mover including myself.
Be aware that their employees will take the liberty to break the law and endanger people’s lives. Yesterday, they blocked a sidewalk on Heath street Toronto for a whole afternoon. They forced the neighbours to involve they police as they refused to move as requested.
I wanted to use this service again so I submitted an estimate & got on a call with a customer service rep called Sean to understand why I was being charged so highly compared to a previous move. The customer service rep was correct in …
They don't answer their phone line so its impossible to get service or a quote for my move. I've called over 20 times over the past couple weeks. How can they provide good service when I cant even get a hold of anyone? Ridiculous!
They don’t answer their phone or reply to their online form. I can’t imagine trying to get ahold of them if something went wrong!

Outstanding Experience From Start to Finish. I can’t give My Ninja Movers enough praise. From the very first email, they were professional, transparent, and genuinely made me feel like a priority rather than just another job on the schedule. The estimate they provided was clear and honest — no hidden fees, no surprises on moving day. They showed up right on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work with real efficiency. Every item, from furniture to fragile boxes, was handled with care.
Excellent in-city move by Philip, Rashid and Jon. Conscientious with zero items lost/broken or mishandled and the move was very fast (1/2 hour under estimate), even with complications related to moving some larger furniture. Would 100% recommend this team and would be thrilled to hire them again.
We are extremely pleased with the moving services offered by My Ninja Movers. We are specifically appreciative of the hard work from the three movers [Musa, Ginoy, and Norman]. They were very efficient and took care in the moving of our fragile items, as well as put in a lot of physical effort in moving our larger, more challenging pieces. Musa ensured to lead the team with direction and ensured things were done appropriately and in an orderly fashion.
Great, quick, friendly and reasonably priced. John, Ginoy and Youssef from Ninja Movers had us moved out of our old place and into our new home in a matter of hours. They were super friendly and professional and I couldn't believe how fast they loaded everything in and out (without damaging anything). They had all the gear they needed and worked quickly and efficiently. All of the above was made especially impressive given all the snow on the ground and the lack of direct parking access to our old place.
