The pair I got was a young injured fella who spent most of his time putting plastic wrap around EVERYTHING. the other fella was old and out of shape. I moved most the boxes to in front of the door, only 3 hours to load the truck, 1 hour at storage, 5.5 hours to offload because entrance to elevator was 50 feet away. Worse part is the mover who didn’t speak English put a box between counter and island. No way to walk around and should not have been there.
Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your injury and wish you a smooth recovery. However, we need to clarify a few points regarding the incident during your move. The two movers assigned to your job are professional, fit, and experienced in handling relocations.
I would never call these guys again. They showed up in an old truck with a rusted ramp and leaked hydronic fluid on my driveway. The one guy smoked while moving my items around in the truck. They were not dressed professionally, ripped pants and no safety shoes, showed up three hours late, didn’t secure my stuff in the truck then refused to pay for the damage when items fell on other items. I saw a couple negative reviews on a different site but they are always deleted because smart movers denies moving them.
🆘❌Y'all remember when we called bogus operations Mickey Mouse? 🆘❌ At 67 years old with many moves under my belt, this was the worst ever. $7000 from Barrie to Wasaga...28.5 miles. 30% over the estimated cost, damage to property and belongings and' I have to hire another company to complete the job. I could go on and on but my stress level is ridiculous right now. Unless you speak Russian, you'll have issues. 🆘❌ USE ANY COMPANY BUT THIS ONE. Overcharge and underperform.
I am sorry that your experience was not the best that it could have been, we strive to provide the best service in moving industry. However, we would like to explain our service in details.
BEWARE! We chose this company because of the reviews but I now realize some are fake (now that I know their names, I see they wrote their own reviews). Where do I begin? - To start, it was suggested the move would take approximately 5-6 hours (for a 2,000 sq. ft. home with half the contents already in storage and the large furniture dismantled for them) but it was closer to 10 (the mover said it usually takes them 11-13).

I was very unfortunate to have used this company. They promise to have my belongings all packed up and ready to move in 3 to 4 hours. They were supposed to be there at 9:00 a.m. in the morning but showed up at 9:45. Needless to say that my move did not complete till after midnight of that day. Prompting the manager to tell the movers to charge me several hours extra because they took so long, especially when it was their mover who took forever to move a two-bedroom condo on June the 13th.
When you had booked with us you specified that it was a 2-bedroom condo size move (not fully furnished even). This is what we have in our system (however we have provided with a 26 ft truck just to be on the safe side).
Would never hire these guys again. Have a look at all the positive reviews, I wish I noticed the similarities in the reviews before hiring these guys to damage my stuff. Wow! That was a quick reply to discredit my review. If only they were as quick to pay for the damages they caused. Unfortunately, I’ll never see any reimbursement for their stupidity. I mean, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that stuff has to be secured for transport after it’s loaded into the truck.

Vlad and his partner arrived on time, and were very quick in getting started with the move. All items were protected and handled properly with care not to damage walls etc. while navigating some tricky corners out to the wrll equipped truck. Once at the destination they worked quickly and efficiently to place everything where I requested. Very professional and worth every dollar (which was very reasonable). I will be calling Vlad for my next move, and would recommend his services to anyone.

I can't recommend these movers enough!! They were AMAZING!! They came in last minute to rescue my move from another local company that doubled their quote the night before the move. Amazing and done earlier than expected. Professional, courteous and fast. When getting quotes they were the most responsive and pricing was very reasonable. They confirmed the day before so we knew everything was good to go. I was pleasantly surprised that all our delicate furniture and even the mattress were wrapped in plastic. I would definitely use these guys again.
