The employees in the office are friendly and efficient. While moving out we noticed dirt coming in under the back wall. That is the only reason I didn’t give you five stars.

This is the second unit we’ve rented at this location, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The first associate who assisted me was Debie, then another wonderful lady helped me, and today Sharon provided absolutely outstanding service. Sharon followed up with a phone call exactly as promised, confirmed my lock and unit number, and made sure everything was in perfect order for me.

Went to this location today Dec 1 2025 the black man attending was absolutely rude letting us in I guess it was to much to ask to push the button to open second gate to let a 28ft box truck in I'm a contractor just in case . Today Dec 6 2025 same gentleman totally better attitude delivery was excellent gates were up in order to have a better entryway thank you for your business 💥💥💥💥keep up the good work.

I have used Storage Sense for 9 years for my various boats and long RV. They have always been securely stored and have sufficient room to avoid accidents from other storage renters. Staff are always pleasant and easy to talk with. I rarely give out 5 stars t any review as there are usually some small items that need attention.
